Let me start by saying, I usually use a different local shop in the area, so maybe I have become spoiled by good communication and repairs done on time and on budget. The first time I took my car in to Greeleys I dropped it off the night before and didn't hear anything till I called at 1:00. The vibration in the front end and their "fixing it" led to other things in the front end breaking and it was all of a sudden $2500. I was told "all had to be replaced". Well after further conventions, they didn't all have to be replaced. Final bill, just over $2000. I guess things happen, and I understand that all repairs don't go as expected. Fine. Problem is that after all that work, I get it on the highway and now the steering wheel shakes at 65-70mph. I take it back in, dropping it off the night before and I hear nothing by 11:30. So I call. I'm told they haven't gotten to it and they will let me know when they look at it. When it's 2:00 I call again and they tell me they don't know what is wrong and at that point I tell them I will just pick up the car and get it fixed somewhere else. Poor communication, and no responsibility for lack of communication or the new problem arising from the last repair.

I went in for an inspection came out with problems. My brake light comes on now. Never did before until their mechanic touched it. Claim I have a tie rod problem. Never had a problem until their mechanic touched it. Went from a $21 inspection to a $470 repair bill. Frauds.

I made an appointment to drop my car off today at 8am for brake noise in the rear passenger side drums. They call me a few hours later and say it's actually the front rotors that are rusted out. Weird but ok. 600 for the front rotors and pads. I give in and say let's just do it because I need it done immediately and they've already got it on the lift. At 4pm they call me to come pick it up. When I get there they tell me that actually it was the rear drum, but they lubed and sanded it so it shouldn't be too bad. I assume it must be barely noticeable so I drive home to see for myself. Today I spent 600 on a problem I didn't have, and still have the problem I started with. I called up to complain and got an apology and a quote for 600 to do the rear brakes and fix the original problem once and for all. I'm giving 2 stars because Loren has good customer service skills. Not pleased. Not sure why I would return at this point.

5 star across the board. My family and I have been taking our vehicles to Greeley’s for years and to sum it up, Readers Digest condensed version, PRO STATUS work every time. Im going to jump out the window on this without worrying about someone’s feelings. When I see the negative reviews people write, I often wonder if those folks know the inner workings of a motor vehicle. Lots of moving parts folks and more often than not, these parts work together. Usually when a part breaks, or gets worn out, other parts start to malfunction due to owner’s neglect in getting the troubled part fixed as soon as possible. Believe me, I’m guilty of that and made a small fix a bigger one. I’ll continue to hire Greeley’s for every job, and to those that aren’t satisfied, there’s plenty of other “garages” to choose from.

I heard about Greeley's through work and then decided to use them for a few different things. One appointment was for swapping out my winter tires and an alignment, and it was quick, affordable, and they even explained everything they did so I understood. The second appointment was a SAME DAY (unheard of, really) turnaround. I contacted a few places to see if they could install a hitch for me and nobody would do it because I didn't buy the parts from them. Well, I'm an idiot for not thinking of Greeley's first because not only did they do it for me, but they did it in under an hour. Truly great service and spectacular employees. #1 shop in my book.

Went in for a coolant problem. They diagnosed it quickly. They got the part the same day and fixed it under 3hrs. $100 more than the estimate but I can say it was well worth every penny. I will be a returning customer! Very pleased with all the staff. You can tell how a business runs by the business it has and reviews steered me to them. 5 outa 5

The owner not only has a big heart and cares about his clients, he is willing to take on any issue and explore every option until he comes up with a fix. I took a problematic car to him that no one else was able to fix and within a few days he called and told me my car was fixed and 100% ready for the road! I was so lucky to have found this shop! They were honest about the repair and completed it in a timely manner. Went in expecting to have to spend a couple of thousand - but came out with a bill that was only a couple hundred. I will be going to them for future service. 4/30/2024 - Just wanted to update that I have used them again recently for a major repair and they were just as great as before! Highly recommended them.

Had my car for the better part of a month. Never called me to let me know of any problems. Never kept me informed. I made contact a few times finally went to get my car test drove it around and the dam check engine light came right back on $1,200 later. So took it back had it another week check engine light is back on a day later car still runs the same would never go to this place again and I advise not going yourself

Got an estimate the same day I dropped the vehicle off. After approving the estimate, I got the car back within 48 hours and all is well! Was recommended by my normal mechanic (Roger @ Henson’s Collision) as he was ill and could not take any cars into his shop. Don't recommend going to this place they come off as really nice knowledgeable people their sharks don't know what they're doing you have to bring it in two or three time after they tell you they did the job they really don't do what they say and they charge you absurd amount of money worst place I've ever gone I don't recommend going to this place

THINK TWICE WARNING… Please save yourself and avoid this shop at all costs. I brought in my 2019 Jetta for a check engine light to which they stated I needed a couple sensors changed. Awesome, so do it. Please, that’s why I came to get my car up to speed… long story short they say my car will be good to go come Monday. They don’t call or bother to update me on anything. I call the next day around noon for him to tell me it’s been done… okay? So I’ve been sitting without my car and it’s done? Wow… so I get into my car and it’s completely loud. The engine is making a noise now. It was so quiet before I sometimes would think the car was off. They tried to gaslight me saying as Jetta age they tend to get louder…Are you joking? This car is not 10 plus years old… and it’s been on the west coast most its life. They tell me to drive it a few days and see if it stops to which it doesn’t. They have me bring the car back in to which they let it sit there for 4 days again. I then call and find out they haven’t looked at it… okay shouldn’t my car be a priority considering you haven’t fixed the car. On top of that my car was vandalized. There are golf ball size dents all over my trunk and driver side door as well as fender. Some scratches on my window seals as well. They tried to gaslight me again. They haven’t given me any information on the police report, nor did they provide insurance information for reparations. I’ve lost all trust in this establishment. It’s very disappointing when a paying customer can’t get the services intended and then receives his car back in damaged condition. Save yourself the time and hassle and go to a trusted repair shop that will communicate with you and respect your time.

Never received compensation for my damaged car 5 months ago. The excuse was it needed time to be added for the insurance claim. My car was left with Dents all around that they admitted to vandals hitting their shop. They never contacted me to repair my dents or try to compensate me. I’m assuming they think I just forgot.
