I am a bit late with review as life is busy however I need to let it be known that Green Auto Services is the place to go. You have honest mechanics like Roberto and his crew all the way up to the office personnel with honest advice not trying to rob you blind. Like other shops. I had Madrias Brothers and Best Auto replace my CAT's and broke a bolt that they claimed was like that when I never had a loud noise coming from muffler or tasting/smelling a nasty fuel leak inside my car which got me and my daughter sick. After going to 3 different muffler shops that didn't want to fix it. Green Auto decided to help me out and did a great job. Green Auto stands by their values and great Custer service . I highly recommend them.

I went to Harr Toyota for a vehicle inspection and my car had failed inspection because I needed one of my lower ball joint replaced. They quoted me almost $700 to fix them, in which I didn’t have. I called dealerships around Worcester to see who could fix my car for cheaper and I ran into Green Auto. They told me they could replace my lower ball joints for under $200 so I went to them and tbh I was a bit skeptical at first. But after they were done I noticed how fast and effective they worked. Their customer service was amazing and they seem real knowledgeable about their profession. Now my car runs smoothly for under half the price I would’ve paid. Please give them a try you will not be disappointed.

Would never shop here again. Bought a car nothing but issues. My brakes were done wrong. One of his mechanics broke the new axel piece and tried to bolt it together instead of ordering a new piece. Have went back more than 5 times and it sounds worst than before every-time. I was told it’s my fault I didn’t look at the car better before buying and I have an attitude problem since I’m upset. Don’t recommend shopping here, would never again!

Green Auto and the owner Lou saved me when I had a transmission leak. I was very worried and uneasy when I found the leak like anyone else would be. Luckily, I found Green Auto from other great reviews and recommendations online and gave them a call. Lou picked up and listened to my concerns and told me to come in right away. When I got there, Lou and his team lifted the car and diagnosed it right away. I was even shown the faulty gasket that was the cause of the leak before he ordered a new one for me. The parts arrived quickly and his team installed it the same day they got there. I also got a fresh transmission fluid change to replace the lost oil. Lou kept in touch and updated me during the whole process as well. The price at the end of everything was UNBEATABLE. This place blessed me. These guys are professional, exceptionally experienced, and there for you. Bring your car in, you won't regret it!

I had a great experience with them. Great customer service. Clear, concise, kind, and a genuine willingness to help. I am sure we’ve all had bad and shady auto repair experiences and this place 100% was not that. I didn’t feel that vibe from start to finish AND the cost of the repairs was very very reasonable in comparison to what would have been somewhere else. The gentleman that helped me also went on a limb and drove out to get a part I needed himself near closing time instead of ordering and having me wait another day. I highly recommend this place and will be taking both of my cars there in the future.
