I recently visited the Jacksonville location on Richlands HWY. this was my third time at the location. I’m very happy with their service. There staff is always extremely nice and helpful!!! however, whoever is stealing all the cleaning bottles please stop , that not only hurts the next customer it also cost the company, extra money, which will then cause increased prices. So you’re stepping on your own toes when you’re stealing so again, please stop. That would be appreciated. However, I am leaving a five star review not only for the location, . Today I had to visit customer service. I was Assisted by Ashley Turner. Ashley went above and beyond , my issue was handled professionally , with empathy and in a timely manner . I also do Customer service and I would love to have a team member like Ashley on my team. I know these reviews are monitored by the company. I would like for Mr. Hunter. (Owner) to see this review!! I know he’s a wonderful man and a good friend of mine used to work for Mr. Hunter before he started this company and he has only the kindest words to say about him. I want him to know how valuable Ashley is to his company and I’m sure Ashley would be a great help at the higher level of service in making decisions for the company. I would leave 10 stars if that was available and Mr. Hunter, I do hope you see this review. Thank you for a great company You started I love it!!!! Thanks again Ashley!!!!!

Love this place. Great staff, clean car, free towels, vacuums and mat vacuum. Couldn't ask for a better location, will be getting the unlimited as soon as I wash more than 2x/month.

If you love your car, GO ELSEWHERE!!! What started as a pleasant experience turned south after Green Clean Auto Spa equipment malfunctioned and damaged my vehicle, denting and scratching several panels. While initially resistant, they said they would repair the damage. Nightmare Continues... They refused to allow me to go to a body shop of my choosing and claimed they had one specific shop they used. (Apparently they deal with damages frequently) Reluctantly, I caved and took it to their "go to guy." When I picked up my car there was overspray on panels that were not originally damaged, buffing scratches, and an extra dent in the trunk lid. Plus, dirt chucks imbedded into the clear coat! The guys at green clean knew it was a poor (at best) job and sent me back so they could correct the problem. When I picked it up the second time it was even worse!!! Clear coat overspray on three different panels, paint chipping off, buffing scratches, and runs in the paint. :( You think Green Clean would let me take it to another shop, but sadly they pointed to the sign in front of their wash, said they weren't responsible for damage, and said the only thing they would do is have me go back to the SAME BODY SHOP!!! Car lovers Stay Far Away from Green Clean Auto Spa!!!

I was a loyal customer for around a year or so and the staff were always very friendly and helpful .. But the machine that washes the vehicles has done damage twice so far to my car .. The first time I was basically talked out of submitting a claim and was offered 2 months of free car washes which I accepted and just chalked it up to the game .. But it did the same exact damage again to my car leaving me to file a claim and then be totally ignored .. I rode up there several times and could never get anyone to get back in touch with me .. So I now paid a body shop out of my own pocket to fix something that Green Clean Auto Spa on Gumbranch rd. caused .. I now switched to a different car wash company and haven’t had any issues since .. This company is totally incompetent and will not do anything to help you once they damage your vehicle , & believe me it will eventually happen ..

It was my very first time going to this car wash, and the young man was so busy because we had just had a snowstorm here. He was so sweet and polite and I had a free coupon on my phone for a free car wash so he took it and did it all for me even though he really did not have time for it! It did a fantastic job and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car washed!

The professionalism and hospitality from the Green Clean team would be enough for a five star review, add in how great my truck looks after and five stars doesn’t seem like enough. A lot of service based businesses would do well to figure out what this team is doing to deliver such exceptional service!

Went 10:30am on a Saturday. Towels not out for use and only 2 bottles of glass cleaner for a dozen stalls. The vacuum system was worked on before and worked well for a short time, but is back to barely having any suction. Only 2 attendants on staff during a relatively busy part of the day.

I went through the car wash today and the attendant was super nice but it completely ruined the paint on my car (that previously had barely any scratches) I understand the swirls in the paint as it was not touchless but the rest of it is absolutely unacceptable

Great from start to finish! The young folks working this place are friendly, and helpful..they even anticipated what was going on and was a step ahead! Even checked on customers while they were using the vacs. I am impressed! Thanks, guys! And my car is so clean and shiny!!

Decent car wash, good price. It was first thing in the morning. The attendant was nice but didn't look very awake. Lol. It didn't clean as well as some other chain car washes I've been to, but it's a little cheaper. The location is convenient, off the highway. There was some good offers if I lived closer to one of these locations. There was a buy one get one deal and a monthly pass. Overall, it was worth the cost and nicer than doing it myself.

Every single time I come here at least a quarter of the devices never touch the car to clean it. My car is almost just as dirty as when it came in. I have to use multiple rags just to clean up everything that the wash missed. Their BOGO is a scam because the second one they give you a lesser car wash even though you've paid more money.

If I could do a zero for this place I would. Will never recommend this place. We have been through the car wash several times before no issues; but then this happens. Corporate didn't care if their equipment damages your vehicle or care if you have to get out of the car wash to tell them to stop the car wash before the person behinds you rear ends your vehicle while being stuck on their track. Corporate denied paying for the claims after THIS carwash admitted it was their fault and they would pay for the damages. (Popped tire, damaged rim)

This is a hard-working ex military owned business. They work extremely hard with the community and also try to give a little extra during Thanksgiving. I go every so often to get my car wash and on my birthday they send me a free ceramic car wash. They truly deserve it everyone’s business.

Ran my 2020 dodgers charger through there before Valentine’s Day just to get it shiny for the day. Upon exiting the wash my rear door trim was hanging off. I voiced this to the employee there and he had me fill out some type of form where they said they could fix it through one of their body shops. He told me to standby for a call or email. I had not received either call, voicemail, or email so I popped in today. He informed me that it wasn’t the spinning washers that did it, it was the blower that blew it off. Since the blower did it, they weren’t going to fix it. Can somebody be explain to me how this makes sense. The way I travel to work I have 70mph+ winds blowing on my vehicle and this has never happened. Been to other car washes where this has never happened and they had a high power blower. I wasn’t looking for a handout, I’m looking for it to be made right.
