For a touchless car wash this location is a little expensive. You are better off paying the same price and going to the Green Ckean car wash on Gum Branch.

I have visited this location twice in the last month and paid the $16 dollar wash fee and didn’t get a wash because it wasn’t operational. Both times were before 7 AM so this is not a 24hr car wash.

Soooo this past 2 weeks there was a glitch. Somehow the Isaiah was able to turn the tables around and fixed corporates mistakes. Im very happy with his amazing customer service. Thank you for going above and beyond Isaiah.

Absolute garbage.....huge waste of money and it left a white film and an oily residue all over my truck. I could've paid a hobo $10 to wash my truck in the river and would have gotten a better result. Will NOT be recommending to anyone....I wish I could get a refund!

From the moment I pulled up, I was approached and asked of everything was fine and working according to plan. After I was done cleaning my vehicle and vacuuming, I used the automatic car wash and was very pleased with the job done.

Paid $10 dollars for high pressured water with some soap and that was it. Nothing else worked and when I tried hitting cancel over and over it kept running down the clock. Worst car wash ever! Not to mention the other machine wouldn’t even make a transaction. Go out in town and spend $5 for 10 mins!

Do not use. The soap worked but the water did not work. I couldn’t get the soap off my car and the other self service station was down. Called and said I’d have to drive to their other location to get a refund which was 17 minutes away. Now I’m left with a soapy car and down $5

Air dryer doesn't work, neither does the brush with the conditioner. $10 a swipe, no extra time when you swipe just an error but you will get charged $5. Use at your own risk.

On base locations keep getting worse, I love the Gum Branch location and even have a monthly subscription. However the satellite sites are killing the name, employees charged with upkeep of base locations just aren’t relaying issues or aren’t doing their jobs. Today I witnessed an employee sit in his car in multiple locations (see photo) of the car wash doing nothing. All while one bay has a credit card reader ripped out and inoperable and my bay was out of conditioning foam. It’s not hard to do your job, management needs to get this under control before selfish individuals kill the name. Again, Gum Branch is awesome...just put trustworthy people in the field to service remote sites.

Just like the mainside location, this location does not properly read tags. It acts as if something will happen, but the wash never tells you to pull forward or start up. What is the point of paying for an unlimited touchless wash if it doesn't even work.

Be cautious at the New River location. I used the touchless car wash and, although the machine said it could not read my card and returned to the main screen without any prompts or lights, I was still charged. Very frustrating experience with no wash provided. :/

Place needs an overhaul. Went to the self serve wash bay a few weeks and today. Both times out of soap. Then I went to the auto wash and if you chose the 16 dollar option, it glitches the system and you have to call them to clear it. It’s been like that for months. And then I chose the 19 dollar wash, it washed my truck but was dirtier then when I entered. Water spots everywhere and it didn’t take off any road dirt. Shame too this is one of the only washes that fits a four door long bed truck.

This facility is garbage. I've paid at the automated car wash for it to not turn on, and have used the self serve prior to find that no cleaning products are coming out, and it's only spraying water. They won't email you back either, you're only option is to dispute the charge with your bank. If this place didn't exist on a govt installation preying on convenience seekers, it wouldn't exist at all.
