Very unhelpful and condescending experience with their service guy. Told me my car’s issue was just standard operation, even with me providing proof, and wouldn’t even inspect it. Took it instead to Mall of GA Ford where they took me seriously, confirmed that it was a real and severe issue, and fixed it. Guess someone here does not want more business

The second time was the charm! Took my Maverick in for regular service (Oil change, Tire rotation, etc.) but needed to some Ford warranty work too. Service Department did a great on the regular service but not so much on the warranty work. When they found out I was not satisfied they contacted me arranged an appointment for me to drop my truck off and gave me a very nice loaner vehicle while they worked on my truck. After a software update my truck is running great. Thanks Mike, Mark everyone else there at Green Ford for getting my problem resolved.
