I’m not sure why this location has gone downhill. I’m not sure if they have so many customers that they don’t care to lose the loyal ones. I took my car to get new tires. When I took it in my car had all Four hubcaps but when it came out there was one missing. I had been calling the gentleman that helped me & he kept dodging my calls. He answered Once in the two weeks span I called whoever answered the phone would tell me he would call me back but he never did. I had to buy a New hubcap out of my pocket!! This is such a disappointment I enjoyed going there for the $40 oil changes but even then they have been sloppy with that. Last time they changed my oil the filter was bent which they had previously done seems like they don’t even care anymore they just care about getting as many cars in & out. Save yourself a headache & money by avoiding this location.

I probably won’t be coming back here.
The operator on the telephone is lovely. However, Karen is more of a sales advisor than a service advisor. A suggested $1000 bill for a car I bought in July, and everything was “necessary” and “very very important.” I felt like I was being coerced into getting things done just to bring the bill up.
I called two other dealership and drove my car to one, both of which couldn’t understand why four out of five jobs were even being told to me as necessary.
I just think when you are approaching people about servicing their cars, take a step back and realize that you are supposed to be in the know and a guide to them on what will extend the life of their car. Running up a bill for things and trying to scare people into getting them done is only going to make you lose business because your customer will lose faith in you. Just like I have.
This is the problem I have with the Greensboro dealership, it’s like they don’t care about you as a person or the fact that you are trying to ensure the future of your car, they just care to make a buck.

Had to wait 3 days for a part ( metal cover plate under car that had to be ordered). They did not have a loaner car. They did keep me informed of when the car would be ready and did the fuel pump recall replacement while it was in the shop. They wanted to do a wheel alignment, but I declined. My husband said I did not need it.

Do not use this Honda Service location: if you have a warranty, they will find ways to charge you to ensure they still make some money.
I brought in my son’s car battery that was covered under a 100 month warranty. Sounds good but that doesn’t mean much. The service professional used a prorated date that did not reflect the date the battery they were dealing with was received which was December 14, 2021 (36 months). Secondly, they charged $44.95 for labor due to testing the battery. I expressed I didn’t understand why I was being charged a diagnostic fee for a defective battery issue I did not cause. I provided specific details on the issues experienced and anyone would know the battery was the problem.
In the end, they got what they were striving for which was for me (the customer) to have an out of pocket expense close to the cost of a new battery. I have purchased batteries from other companies in the past and never was charged a diagnostic fee or labor for them to check a battery. The service manager was notified and never acknowledged or addressed the issue.
You have been warned.
