I paid Brandon Gonzalez $450 up front for parts & labor to repair my son's car. This was on Thursday. Contacted him by calling, texting, Facebook. He responded that he'll repair it by 1pm, then 5pm still no repair. I requested my money back through cash app. He said he'll send it. This was on Thursday still nothing. I will be filing a report against Brandon and the shop.

DO NOT get your vehicle serviced here. They placed my tire on incorrectly. They entire tire came off while I was driving. Myself and my children could have died. I have to have major repairs done to my vehicle. When I called they were rude. Refused to give me the name of a manager or the person who was on the phone. Service your car with them at your own risk. You have been warned.

These gentlemen are nothing less than incredible. I needed a tire fast before leaving town for the holidays and got astronomical prices at about 12 other places I called prior to speaking with Martinez. Not only did he have a tire in excellent condition, but the price was nearly a steal. To top it off, these guys were super quick and had my car done in 15 minutes or less. Any question I had was answered quickly and accurately, and everyone was very pleasant and polite. Thank you all for saving my holiday! These gentlemen are highly recommended by me!

100% trustworthy. We have been going here for years, but yesterday reminded me why they are so great. Needed a hard to find used tire for a car we don't really drive. Instead of pushing a new tire on me, he helped me figure out something cheaper that will work. My mom was with me, and she is now a customer. There is NO reason to go anywhere else. You can find great deals on used tires, and new ones if you need it, and you know you are getting the best price. As a woman, sometimes I feel like I am being played in these situations but I feel comfortable going here. Support these guys because they are honest and that's a rare thing.

I am a first time customer coming over from Firestone/Discount Tires and I must say this place has excellent customer service and the quickest in and out that I’ve experienced for tires. I purchased a set of new Blackhawk tires 225/50 R17s that came with a thread warranty/road hazard for a very reasonable price. The business specializes in used tires but, they do offer new tires too and they’re less expensive than the franchised big box stores. A true hidden gem that’s located in NE Greensboro right off US 29(S) between McKnight Mill Rd/Cone Blvd. If you in the need of a good used tire or a new one; Tire Shop has you covered.
