I had a Coolant leak in my 2013 Audi S5. The work went well and the repair made. They do excellent work. I’ve never used Greff before but I’m so glad they were there for me. Audi of New Orleans didn’t have an opening for a month out, and referred me to Greff! Great referral!

Highly recommend! Called, then went in with issues with the windows in my 97 BMW, and spoke with Randy Sr. (who I later learned was the General Manager). He was very down to earth, took his time with me, and definitely under-promised and over-delivered! I had my car back, all fixed up, the next morning! It was a little more expensive than I was expecting, but I attribute that to the professionals taking their time to get it right. I’d rather pay for great work than try to skimp and have to readdress later.

Brought my car in for an electrical issue, had for a month. $650 later the issue was still present. By my 4th time was advised how I needed a $1300 repair but may not resolve the issue and was told id be better to just get rid of my vehicle. No auto mechanic knowledge, $2 butt splice, and 10 minutes of my time and grounding issue was resolved. Couldn't be more disappointed.

This place is absolutely amazing. They had my car for two days and fixed my problem on my Audi that was very simple. I had my car at another service car place and they had my car for six months and could not figure out the problem if you need work on your Audi, this is definitely a place to go. Please refrain from going to collision repair service in boutte Louisiana. They are horrible this place here is absolutely amazing. Read the other bad reviews. I had the same experience. I took it in for a 120,000 mile service. My car is worth 10k, not a luxury car. They told me $750 plus tax on the phone, outrageous, but I agreed since I needed it back quick. Then I come in to pick it up and they say 850 plus tax! "estimates only have to be within 20% of the total" was their claim. It was a quote for a standard service, not an estimate. When I refused to pay more than I was quoted, the owner tried to take my car in the back and do something to it which of course I wouldn't allow. The owner is a short little napoleon who tried to act tough and cowered when the chips were down. If he ever wanted to test me he would be laid up for a month and he knows it, so he let me pay the price I was quoted and I left. He was shouting at me the entire time. I am younger and I guess he thought that he can push around people younger than him. You have so many choices, don't take your car to this clown. They didn't even do what I paid them to do which is the worst part. They charged me $80 labor only for a cabin air filter and installed it wrong.

If you have a Porsche I highly recommend you to bring you vehicle here, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are affordable. My vehicle was ready the same day i dropped it off. The staff was very nice.

I’m not trying to leave a bad review but I need this problem fix came into the shop got my car diagnostic was told it was the timing chain later receive call saying it was another thing approved all repairs paid 5 thousands and something dollars for repair. Received vehicle back after I picked it up drove home parked it took it out like 5 days later check engine light is back on and belt is making noise I brought it back to the shop now saying it another problem my car didn’t have any of these problems before I brought it here can someone please address and fix my problem.

I relocated to New Orleans six months ago from Los Angeles. A few days after the move my car was underwater due to a severe rainstorm. I had it towed to Greff Motors, and I was lucky to have my auto insurance pay for them to fix the damage. I'm not exaggerating when I say that the moment, I received my car back it drove better than it ever had. I have an old Porsche 911 and since then it has been running like a new car. I had it serviced last week at Greff, and they did an excellent job. If you ever have any questions, they are highly responsive and very cordial. Junior and Dustin are especially helpful. Most importantly, it's obvious they ONLY give too-notch service and use quality parts. If you are looking for a place (just judging from some poor reviews that I read before leaving this review) that will charge you less money upfront, but will give you poor service/parts and will cost you and your car more money in the long run, then this is not the place for you. It seems they will not sacrifice quality service to get business which I admire. I will only be going to Greff for all of my automobile needs. If you have a Porsche, then I especially recommend them, but it seems they can handle any type of car.
