Extremely professional and reliable. Brooke was right on top of the entire process with intake, my insurance company, following up, etc. after my parked car was smashed up in a hit and run in New Orleans. The body work was terrific, and it looked as good as new, and matched the 6 year old GMC Terrain perfectly. The service and sales departments are also first rate. Chuck Bordlee, who sold me the car, keeps following up to this day, and even offered to oversee the body work. I am very grateful for all the kindness and excellent service I have received at Crown. Updated 5/9/22- Worst experience in my life. They are scammers! Tried to con and overcharge me and the insurance company. Did not fix the vehicle but made it worst! Put bondo all over the vehicle, did not paint it, did not fix the door, did not fix the windshield, but charged me $1,757.14 to get my vehicle back! Price gouging at its finest in addition to taking advantage of the elderly. Numerous complaints have been filed. Horrible experience! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Brought car in on Jan. 24, 2022 for repairs. They removed all decals, called and said that the weather stripping needed to be replaced for an additional $215, tore it down, put bondo all over the car, then told the insurance company to TOTAL the vehicle! The car was in EXCELLENT condition (aside from needing a paint job and door fixed as a result of Hurricane Ida) when I brought it in. The car, a 2009 with only 58,000 miles and no tears in the seats, new tires, and well kept. After being in a rental car from Jan. 24, 2022 - March 14, 2022 and going back and forth with MIKE (at the Collision Center) and the insurance company, we picked up the car. NOTHING WAS COMPLETED ON THE CAR and they charged us $1,757 in order for it to be released. I asked for an itemized bill (at that time) and was told that the paper in my hand was the itemized bill. The paper only listed 3 item numbers and a final total- NOTHING WAS ITEMIZED. As of today, I am still waiting on the itemized bill and the weather stripping. When I spoke to MIKE, he informed me that the weather stripping is discontinued however, it wasn't discontinued when he took it off and quoted me a price of $215.00! There was no reason to remove anything if the parts were not available. We will be filing a complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I only rated them 1 star but its actually ZERO STARS! In addition, we were in a rental car for the entire time and had to come out of pocket for no reason. Meaning, since nothing but destruction was done to the vehicle, we could have brought it some place else and had it returned to us in a timely fashion. These people were literally trying to take advantage of us (the elderly) and the insurance company!

This was the first body shop that actually repaired my car in a week. David was very professional and keep in touch with me during the whole process. The receptionist was very professional as well. David walked me thru the process while he was taking pictures to order my parts. Upon picking up my truck it was cleaned from top to bottom inside and out. I would recommend anyone that need repairs from an accident to please consider them. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I knew I would be more than satisfied to get my Buick repaired at Crown. I bought 4 cars from Crown and I would not buy from any one else. And when my Encore needed repairs it was going to be at CROWN. Got my car back and it was perfect. Like it never happened. The repair shop staff and technicians could not have been more helpful. They kept me informed about the insurance and repair process. So if you want the very best - - - GO TO CROWN BUICK. They are the best.
