My name is Beverly and I will tell you I have been stranded with my disabled daughter and Francisco was supposed to look at our jeep asap through a friend of his.. well he's no friend or mechanic. It took 2 weeks of calling to see what was going on like if he touched it or not and he ignored our calls we had to physically track him down to still get no answers on when my jeep would be looked at well at some point within the last 3 or 4 weeks he finally looked at it and left my distributor cap just laying in my engine n left my key in ignition while he was closed so needless to say I took my jeep from that horrible shop if I could rate a 0 I would. DON'T TRUST HIM why do you think unless you have his cell the other phone can't take any more messages.; I wouldn't trust him with a dog muchless my vehicle ever again. Knowing with my daughter being disabled which is Ang needing to get bk n forth to docs n specialists but this dude has no kindness or heart. If it's not an easy fix he can charge you tons of money he doesnt want the job. Don't take on a job if ya don't want it. I will never recommend this shop to anyone. He tied us up with not looking at it and no phone call just left it on side of road with key in it. UNPROFESSIONAL

I called Francisco & discussed a day and time to get my car towed to him for it to be looked at. I dropped my car off & he never touched the vehicle. It has been sitting in the street, unlocked, hood popped open for 3 WEEKS GOING ON 4! I called no one picks up. I came by and he gave me a bogus excuse about my car being from up north. STILL not an excuse for him not to have even put my car on the lift for 3 WEEKS! Now my tags will be suspended etc. Because he has made it so I missed my inspection date.

I broke down my engine was overheated. It was abusted hose. They were so packed with cars i was a little nervous i wasnt going to have my car on the road for a week or 2 but he got me back on the road the next day. Friendly guy knows what hes doing and reasonable prices. I will be going back if i had any troubles but knock on wood not anytime soon. I will be refering him to anybody that needs a mechanic.

Francisco used to have exceptional customer service; However, my experiences with him this year have been far from pleasant. I have been a customer since 2020 and I have referred many. I have to say that I am very disappointed with the treatment that I received from the owner, Francisco, when I was trying to get help with a major repair. I have been patiently waiting since July 13th and I’ve visited the shop for assistance every time he told me to do so since that date, under the assumption that he would complete the repair as promised. When I would arrive he was always too busy to assist me after telling me days before to come at that date and time. He has been totally dismissive and inconsiderate of my time, my need for reliable transportation as a single mom, and the time sensitivity of my repair. Francisco has always taken good care of me but lately, his tone has been brash each time we talk. I’m not sure what caused the drastic change in his attitude and service but I’m very, very frustrated and disappointed.

In a world where car maintenance is getting increasingly expensive, especially for luxury vehicles, Francisco offers excellent, quality work at reasonable prices. It’s Been 3 months dude, DID YOU EVER ACTUALLY ORDER THAT BYPASS KIT THAT BRAD(from express east auto sales, that I bought a car from)WAS GONNA PAY FOR??? I CANT DRIVE THE DAMN CAR BECAUSE ITS ON LIMP MODE, Randy barely picks up the phone and whenever he does, guess what? THEY HAVENT ORDERED OR THEY FORGOT! FOR 3 MONTHS! Had to get another car cause the $16k junk I bought it’s non drive able and I’m paying a note on it 😊
