Horrible service and rude for no reason. As soon as I pulled up I wasn’t greeted but told to roll my window so my tint could be checked. After discovering I had illegal tint the worker told me that I would not be able to get my car serviced and that he would get fined for attempting to service my vehicle. I understood the situation perfectly but I did not appreciate being dismissed so quickly before I could even explain that I purchased the vehicle as is and that I was never notified by police about it after driving in it for 2 years.

Quick, easy, & straightforward service. The guys even threw in a few jokes at no extra charge! 😁 Tips: Pull up in the designated marked spaces, have your insurance, license, and registration ready, and don’t throw your Key Fob at the inspector through the window as he’s driving away with your car to test it! 😂 Fun fact: Did you know, once started, you can drive your car without a Key Fob in range indefinitely until it runs out of gas? 🧐

I stopped here to get a brake tag one morning. There was only one car ahead of me and everything was quick and efficient! You can get either a 1 year tag ($10) or 2 year tag ($20). The guy that works here was very nice and professional. I will definitely return when it’s time for another. There’s also a hand car wash located here, which may be convenient if you’re rushed for time.

These guys are quick. I must have been in and out in less than 10 minutes. If all your lights, windshield wiper. and horn work, and you don't have illegal tint, you will have no problem at all. Have drivers license, insurance, and registration in hand when you pull up and it will go much smoother. These guys try to get everyone in and out as quick as they can. If you don't have everything ready when it is your turn, you holding up the line, and messing up their pace. Don't be that guy who can't find his insurance or registration and holding up the line. Its remarkable how efficient they are with the little space they have to work.

An much older Caucasian man that was working today was very rude to the guy that was in front of me. He tested the tint on his window and he told him “too dark bye bye” WHILE WAVING goodbye in his face and then gestured him to drive away. I told him something in which he replied “he was lose” so I repeated myself and he told me “I tell you what” I didn’t let him finish his sentence I said “you are very rude bye” and I walked away. After he put the sticker on he said “you did pay me right” and he folded up my registration and messed it up pretty good.

I would give zero stars if I could. This place was recommended to me because I am new to the state. I just left this place. There was an older Caucasian man working there who was very rude to me. I thought I was supposed to step out of my vehicle when I arrived and he shut my car door in my face as I was getting out without any regard as to whether my fingers or foot could get smashed. He also spoke very quickly when stating the necessary documents so that I couldn’t understand what he was saying. I explained to him that I was new to the state and I asked him to repeat the required documents. He proceeded to be to rude and talk quickly. So I decided to just leave without having the service performed. The man’s behavior was unacceptable and I hope to not ever have to return.

I just finished getting my updated vehicle inspection from them & the entire process was very smooth, quick & efficient. The gentleman that helped me was very polite & I was on my way in just a few minutes. Make sure you have your current registration, proof of insurance & drivers license with you. $20 and you can get the 2 year sticker which is great, or $10 for 1 year. I highly recommend Roadrunner Brake Tag Station.

I couldn't get my brake tags sticker because of a tint issue. I received horrible attitude from one of the workers because I had questions. I got cut off more than once and it just seemed like the worker there just wanted me gone. I wasn't trying to cause problems. I just didn't know about the tint because two years ago I got an inspection sticker just fine. I'm assuming the guy thought I would cause a scene because I didn't just accept what he told me, but in reality it was him with the bad demeanor.

Zero stars!!! There is an older white man here – the shorter one – that was SO unbelievably rude and EXTREMELY nasty to me. I was totally taken aback by it. He started off our interaction with a nasty attitude (while I was being calm and polite to him from the start) and his extreme rudeness continued throughout our interaction. I’ve never had a stranger, especially an older man, be so unbelievably rude to me in my life. In. My. Life. Left in tears. Something’s gotta change there. Highly do not recommend going to these people. Find somewhere else. Unbelievable.
