Greg the owner is really nice! I called and asked for an oil change and he said come on in. Usually you have to make appointments in advance for this , but he was so kind to let me come right away. They got the job done so fast I was shocked. I'd be coming here regularly for my car if I lived here but I live in Brooklyn. I definitely recommend having this shop as your go to mechanic.

We were very pleased with the service at GT Automotive. The young lady who answered the phone was very polite and we were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Greg and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the service on our car was completed while waiting. The owner has years of experience and is trustworthy ... we highly recommend GT Automotive.

Above and Beyond Just got my 2002 Toyota Highlander back from GT Automotive. They did everything I asked them to do and then some. Not only did they complete the job in a timely manner but I feel the prices were reasonable for the work performed. Not only that but I got the SUV back looking strangely much better than when I brought it in. I asked Greg if they had cleaned the tires (which I remember still had some spillway mud on them) and he said they had done not only that but had cleaned the rest of the outside too! What an unexpected and pleasant surprise. So, for all the above reasons, I know where I'll be bringing my vehicle the next time it needs fixing--to the professionals at GT Automotive.

Initially took my car in for leaking oil, they were easy to schedule with and got me in ASAP. Unfortunately the part that was replaced broke and started leaking again. Kyle had already reached out to me to check on the condition of my car, so it was easy to bring it back in. They replaced the part completely free of charge since the original piece broke. Extremely fast, professional and reliable. Highly recommend

With many years of experience, they bring quality and professionalism to the table every single day. Greg and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and do a fantastic job at what they do best, caring for your vehicle. I have used them throughout the years and they are always consistent at what they do. They are honest and fair priced. This is my go to mechanic!

GT Automotive are my go to guys (and gals). Two years ago, when I first went to them right before a big road trip, I told them in my naive youth "charge me whatever you want but I need to make sure this car is safe to drive 1000 miles". They could have made anything up to make a quick buck but when I picked up my car they said all I needed was an oil change. And that's when I knew....Since then, I take my car to them for everything and I recommend them to everyone I know. They are super friendly, quick, trustworthy, and always get the job done. I won't go anywhere else. Thanks GT :) Editing just to add that GT is still awesome! even three years later!

I paid $160 for a diagnosis of my car. They told me I had two separate oil leaks and quoted me for $5,000 plus! They said nothing about my coolant that kept leaking out and when I pointed it out they told me I’d have to pay another $160! Took it to Toyota and they said I have no oil leaks and I only need the hose replaced for the coolant! I want a refund!

We've been bringing our cars to GT Automotive for many years and have always gotten very good service. The work is always professional, knowledgeable and prompt. They take the time to explain and show me what needs to be done and why. I often get same day or next day service. Greg and the guys are always courteous and polite, with a friendly greeting when you arrive. And when I picked up the car recently after a brake job, I was pleasantly surprised to find they had cleaned and vacuumed the car after completing the work!

I have been a customer of Greg's for many years. Went in recently prior to a road trip and came away sooo disappointed. I should have known something wasn't right when I walked in and they didn't greet me by name. I'm sure Greg just looked up my tag # as I pulled in, but he always made that extra effort. I had a list of three small jobs (check tire, replace water line for windshield, remove broken splash guard). Ended up getting new brakes (which we needed) and a repair to oil system. At 4:30 that afternoon, I'm told the car is ready, but they ONLY TAKE CASH? Or a credit card with an additional 4%... that should have ABSOLUTELY been mentioned before it was time to pay. As it's almost 5pm, so I pay the extra 4% and go. On the way home I hear the splash guard scrape in a pothole. It's still dangling. I try the windshield washer and the hose is still broken (no fluid comes out). Arriving home I google GT. They were bought out by an umbrella company that has several garages under ownership. This is NOT the same GT Automotive. I checked my receipt, and the friendly young woman at the desk had noted my requests, the mechanics just didn't follow through. Like I said, sooo disappointed. Now I have to find a new mechanic.

Dishonest and Not Trustworthy!! Will not use ever again!! First I brought my in vehicle in for a minor repair and told it needed an entire Rear End. I paid for a replacement (cash only). Months later brought same vehicle in for in for inspection of Low Oil Pressure alarm. Was told it was investigated and needed a new engine and would cost $7-8K. Was told metal shavings were seen and it definitely needed a new engine. Had vehicle towed to a trustworthy mechanic for 2nd opinion. Trustworthy mechanic found NO shavings and said only problem was a cracked O-ring. Had it repaired for $800. Now second guessing if the Rear End I paid for was necessary 🤷♂️ Sure seems like they’re scamming customers!!

Got an oil change for a fair price. Took about an hour, so not bad. Service was friendly and satisfactory. They were willing to fix my brake pads in the same day, but price for that was very high in my opinion but I'm from small town and not sure how big city and inflation have an effect on that.

Brought in a 06 Silverado to them and they said it needs a new transmission and instrument cluster. The price was $5 600 so I Brought the truck to another shop for a second opinion, and they diagnosed it. The truck had two broken wires on some transmission wires. I was charged $450 To fix it.! Stay away from gt automotive, I would give them 0 stars if I could. I contacted them and explained what happened and they didn't even offer me any money back.

I recommend anyone in the area to bring your vehicle for repair to GT Automotive. They are all experienced & get the job done right the first time. Season was the best at getting our warranty to approve all work immediately!

We went in to have bearings changed on one side. They did a diagnostic for $160.00 and said the other side needed bearings. That did not fix the problem. They did a test drive and said the passenger side needed changing just like we told Season the first time. We changed the passenger side with them. Season refused to give us a refund on the diagnostic. My family feels disgusted with the service at GT Automotive. Please avoid Season at all cost. My family wishes we could do a negative 100 for the manager Season. STAY FAR AWAY.

Gt automotive had my 2018 ford fusion for 5 months. They lied and told me I had an engine problem said they fixed it but when I went to pick it up SEASON said that I had transmission issues but I had my transmission fixed 2 months prior to them having it. They let my car get flooded as well. For 5 months they didn't even give me a call until it was time for final payment. Which I did not pay. I took my car. Safe to say I'm suing them. If you value your vehicle do not ever ever bring your car there. She also tried to get me to commit fraud twice. Very untrustworthy and dishonest. 0 stars from me.

NOTE: Read reviews, ask questions, and pay close attention to estimates. I share some responsible in this process. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE READ REVIEWS, AND ASKED ALOT OF QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY "UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP"! I was a long time customer with Greg Roberts at GT Automotive. I did not realize that he sold the business about 8 months ago and no longer has any ownership in the business. I went to GT automotive to see Greg, I asked the lady at the desk to have Greg call me. She said "okay." I asked her when I could bring in my vehicle and she said Monday. My son dropped the vehicle off on Monday, and asked the lady to have Greg call me. She said "Ok". After receiving a call about the diagnostics and estimate I was alarmed at the price. I started asking a lot of questions and asked could I speak with Greg, at that time she said Greg no longer works there and that he sold the business to her father. I know, if I would have read the reviews, I would have seen all the comments, but I trusted the GT Automotive brand, and boy was I wrong. I believe this was deceitful, spurious and double-dealing with the GT Automotive brand, and Greg Roberts name! To give them the benefit of the doubt I expressed my feelings about the situation, and wanted to know if the diagnostic fee would apply to the repair like before and every other mechanic I have gone too. They said NO. I also didn't understand why they were charging me a diagnostic fee when I brought the vehicle in and told them what I needed done. I was already aware of the issues. Here is what I needed to get repaired: 1. Replace radiator. 2. Change master break cylinder 3. Refill coolant/flush which wasn't needed since the radiator was replaced. 4. Refill break fluid/flush. Total estimated cost of parts was $924.00, plus $1075.00 in labor, and tax. Total estimated cost of repairs $2,250.00. This seemed excessive when I received three other quotes from several other mechanics for much less then what was quoted. Since I needed to have the repairs done immediately, I let them do the repairs since they said it's the same people working there, but doubt that is true now. One thing they will get credit for is having the truck repaired and ready in one day which should be the case when you are paying a premium like this. When I went to pick up the vehicle, they gave me an invoice which was higher then the estimate, and was giving me reason when the cost was higher. This wasn't discussed with me nor approved. They also give me some BS about the Radiator Hose Y Pipe needed to be replaced / removed which they charged my $240.00 in labor. After discussing and questioning this further, another lady come over and adjusted the invoice. I completely agree that this business is dishonest and not trustworthy at all. Their lack of communication, and deceitful practices towards their customers is not a good sign. As far as their quality of work, that's yet to be determined. We will have to see if the parts hold up and if they warranty their work if something happens. Unfortunately, I am tied to GT Automotive on this one, and will see it through, but I will not recommend them to anyone, and will not do business with them in future. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE READ REVIEWS, AND ASKED ALOT OF QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS THIS THIS COMPANY "UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP"!

Was on my way home back to Detroit. Expressed this to these folks. Apparently they thought this a a signal to please take advantage of the situation. Quoted me $4gs for issues I absolutely needed down. I have done this work my self in the past but mind you I was on the road outta town. But for a example her fir you they quoted me $740 for 1 hub assembly part. I purchased this part for $200 at Oriley. Then quoted $560 for labor 3.5 hrs. I had it done in less than a hour on the side of the road. I'd rather buy the tools to do it my self rather be taken advantage of. I would of gladly paid a premium not to do this on the road side. But these numbers were ridiculous. I sent this to other mechanics that are friends back home. They were disgusted.
