★☆☆☆☆ Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. It took me a while to do this review, but after having to take my car to Audi for a wheel alignment after my experience here I HAD TO WRITE A REVIEW. I went for a simple nail in my tire. I took photos prior bc unfortunately the EXACT same thing happened with my other Audi I brought here. Returned to get my car. & the manager handed me my lug covers & said “they were too loose to put back on”. Basically they broke them taking them off instead of using the tool in the car or calling to ask if they didnt know. My rims were all scratched up from whoever removed the lugs. I asked for the manager. Told him I had photos from before I left my care, no scratches, no loose lug caps. He rudely pointed out a scratch on A DIFFERENT tire as if I shouldn’t care. I told him I did that, was aware, & he needed to focus on the tire THEY WORKED ON! He told me I could purchase more caps & bring the receipt & he would refund me. How convenient. He also offered for me to bring my car back to them to “buff out the scratches” again… more time from an already busy nurse/mother. He also said I would have to leave my car again in order for them to do this. After leaving, I noticed my car pulling hard to the right. I couldn’t go purchase the lug covers from audi until weeks later when I had time. The manager did refund me for that. I had to also get a wheel alignment on a BRAND NEW 2024 after bringing it to this place. I took my L pn the scratches & how they damaged my rims bc I just couldn’t deal with the rude nonchalant behavior. I wouldn’t bring them my bicycle for air! I do NOT recommend this place!
