This location is totally dishonest and not providing paid services. Even you pay for the tires rotation they will not do it. I asked a young man working on my car that why you didn’t rotated my tires? He said it’s not request in your list. He said did you ask? I said yes. Ain’t on my list. They won’t set maintenance on car or provide correct sticker. It’s nothing but cheat customers. I didn’t see they doing all inspections listed on my invoice. It’s your car and watch they are doing. They always lie about wanting time. Stay away from this store.

Be careful you don’t get scammed here. I brought my car in for two tires. I had one broken wheel lug from the nut being cross threaded by them. When changing the tires the broke another one and charged me over $300 to fix the lugs. Find someone else to work on your car

A few months ago, I went to this Goodyear because I had low tire pressure (a nail was in my tire). I went in the morning after working an overnight shift at the hospital, completely exhausted. Not only were they rude when I asked how long it would take, they also lied and said they would not be able to plug my tire due to the location of the nail. They tried to sell me another tire. I left and went to Costco Tires before my next shift. They assessed, plugged the tire in about 20 minutes, and sent me safely to work. They told me the nail was actually in a perfect place to be plugged. It has been months since this incident, and I haven’t had a problem with the plugged tire since. Shame on this Goodyear and its employees for clearly trying to take advantage of a woman in a vulnerable position.

Great first experience! This was my first time at this Goodyear and it was great honestly . As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the guy at the desk. He got me checked in for my appointment ASAP! Throughout my wait , the guy kept me and two kids good company and chatted with us . Wait wasn’t that long either. My car services were done well and fast ! I would definitely suggest this location !!

Ex-Long time customer that normally has no issues with service at this location. Today very different. We asked for help with tire pressure and was told they no longer do curb pull up. Got directed to go inside- not a problem but when we asked inside we were told that we would be waiting awhile. Normally this is understandable the location is busy but today they had 6 service techs 2 managers and had only one tech pulling one car into the bay with no one waiting. Again not the normal experience today. Not sure if they changed their policies or just annoyed that my family was only asking for help with tire pressure and not buying tires again.

Alex was doing good job, I don’t like the service because they refused “Cotte” to but my spare tire back as agreed before start the work and when I found out and asked him to put it back he said he needs another hour and he can’t give me high jack to the work so I did it my self!!!!!

I did receive a nice reply from a good year manager. He posted a phone number and asked me to give him a call. And I did call. But unfortunately their phone administrator program put me on hold . I called several times but got their call handler. I held on for 15 minutes and gave up. I guess it all starts from the top. I needed a new starter. Repaired ok. But they add a $177 dollar diagnostic charge. What lame brain thought this money maker up. I wonder how much they would charge me to diagnoser a flat tire. I'll be voting with my feet again.

I visited this location to get a tire repaired in approximately August of 2024. I was told by Sarah Buckley that the tire could not be repaired and my tires were due to be replaced anyway. The nail was in the rib of the tire. As much as I wanted to disagree about whether or not it was in the rib I discussed these details with my wife. We decided that since we use this vehicle to transport my daughter we would invest in new tires. So we purchased 4 new tires from your store. After purchasing the tires I had an issue with the tire warning light. I went back to your store and was told that it’s probably a bad sensor. It would cost $135 to replace one of the wheel sensors. I thought that was out of line since my opinion is that it was broken while Changing the tires. Today I went to your store to get a tire repaired and check the sensor to see if it was broken or bad. I waited and watched the technician Brandon Prum struggle to figure out what to do as he walked around the car testing and testing all the tires. Finally I went to the desk to get an update on the car. Sarah told me that I had no leak in the tires and I had 3 bad sensors. Before she could finish her explanation and answer my questions Brandon came in the lobby and said that I do have a leak / nail in the tire that was low and leaking. I have to say my confidence or faith in the integrity or your store to properly diagnose and fix car problems is gone. I will not be back. My time is worth more than the value your store provides.

First let me start saying that I took my car for an alignment that cost over 100 dollars ok drove the car next day and no change something was off! Took the car back to find out they never did the alignment and charged me for it , I gave them another chance took my mom car for oil change and took forever apparently one tire had a cross nail that they could not repair I told the person just to do the oil change She said I needed a new tire. I was worry so I took the car to Premier Nissan and after requesting to change the tire because of what they have told me at Goodyear , the guy that took care of me Told me there was nothing wrong with the tire. I will never take or recommend anyone to this location, very very dishonest and shady business going on here !

Just FYI it cost $63 just to patch one hole in one of my tire and I had to take it off my self and bring it to them. When I asked if they could put it on for me he said I would need to leave my truck there for a few days. Came back at 8am the next day to pick up my tire and try to get them to put it on but he still said I had to leave my truck if I wanted them to do it. It would of taken them less then 5 minutes to help me out but still nothing. We came from North Texas to help out and things like this is what make me not want to do it again.

March 29th 2025 I set up a 10am appt for two new tires and a four wheel alignment. First, they didn’t have the tires in stock that I ordered online a week ago.. cool selected something else and moved on. I left my car with them and returned to see that they left the two WORST tires on the front after asking for the two best of the 4 to be rotated to the front two (because they were busy) and only changed the two tires on the back that were being replaced. I asked the front desk manager (Kevin) can I see my old tires. He goes in the shop comes back out and says “someone will bring them to you” nonchalantly.. after waiting ten minutes maybe more I went outside to the entrance of the garage door and asked who worked on my car. A old guy was pointed out. He begin to get upset and threw the tools and when the shop manager (woman) noticed us going back and forth she stepped in. She figured out what was going on and came around with my old tires. we examined the ones on the car and the ones in her hand considered “bad tires” were in the throw away pile. With 5+ years in tire service business (18 wheeler tires) and even working at that location a couple weeks I 100% know the difference. Tried to speak to the manager Kevin multiple times. Called on the phone first to discuss what was discovered and discussed and was told repeatedly “come talk to me face to face”.. ten minutes later he calls back and now has a fear about putting the better looking tires on because “it has patches” I try to speak with him and was talked over the entire time and told “i know what your gonna say” when asked “why isn’t he letting me speak”. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Guys at this shop were great. We had two stuck lug nuts and were 8 hours from home. Another shop told us there was nothing they could do to get them off. But they didn’t give up at this shop and went above and beyond to help us out. They deserve 6 stars!! Jason and Kevin communicated with us through the whole process. Definitely recommend!

Location - 3200 Division Street, Metairie, La. Brought in my ‘08 Toyota 4-Runner for an oil change, brake check and tire check. The sales person showed me the 4 oil change options available and their costs. I chose $74 one which includes all things I need checked. I gave him my keys, took a seat in waiting area. Next, he comes to me and says that I need a new battery, that my original battery was low. The cost to replace it is $320.00. After I shook off my surprise reaction, I asked, “…and what about my brakes?” He said, “you didn’t say you wanted a brake check.” Now, I most certainly did tell him that PLUS, brake check is part of my oil change package. He replied , brake check is not in the oil package you purchasing”. I Told him to go recheck his information. Ultimately, he said he’ll have the brakes checked. AND THE POOR SERVICE CONTINUED. They did not conduct a tire rotation. I called them out on it and they admitted that they didn’t do it. Again, they said I did not tell them that I wanted tire rotation. And again I had to tell them it’s part of the package I purchased. Just look at the picture below of some of the services I purchased which they tried to get away with not providing. I will not return to that location again. I recommend you don’t either. Very poor service. BTW, I did not buy their battery, and they said my brakes are fine. I suspect they did not even check my squeaky brakes. Also, I knew they did not do the tire rotation. I have one odd tire that does not match the other three. It is located on the rear driver’s side. After I circled my car checking the tires, that odd tire was in its original location. DON’T GO HERE! Please DON’T GO HERE. Zero customer service skills and unethical practices await you.

Brought a tire with a slit in the valve stem and told them that is the problem and it needed to be fixed. So they obviously didn’t listen, put the car up on the rack, after I wait for nearly 2 hours, they say the tire is fine!! Their excuse was because a small amount of Fix A Flat was in it, they couldn’t do anything and to come back if the pressure goes down. By the time I made the 2.5 drive home, the PSI dropped from 32 to 24!! I WILL NEVER GO TO THESE CROOKS AGAIN!!!

I have been changed oil for my cars since 2004. I always get the deals. I usually buy the tires for my cars and got deals every time. The staff are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I used to live in Metaire, near the store but in 2015 I moved to Kenner. Still, I visit this location when I need. Their customer service is awesome!! :)

10-20-19 Sunday evening. Well my low tire light came on and I have air so something is wrong. Good year here I come. The nearest location in my phone was a nice clean and cold location on a hot day. Great customer service. I think the manager or owner is a guy named Kevin. I saw it on his name tag, great guy. I will highly recommend this location. I would highly suggest this location!! I had visited another location the same day and was requested to come back 2 days later (since the warehouse was closed at a certain time). I had asked them to check another location to see if my tire was in stock, the tech told me that everyone would tell me the same thing. However, that was far from the truth. I accidentally discovered this location about an hour later and Sean Smith told me that my tire is in stock and that they could knock it out same day. Unfortunately, I did not have my car with me at the time and was able to come back the next morning. I was first in queue and Sarah was able to process me quickly. I will be willing to take a drive to Metairie to receive great customer service from people who are willing to look into solving the problem. Thanks again Sean Smith and Sarah for taking care of my needs!
