I called to get a quote on mounting and balancing tires. The lady said she would find out and give me a call back. No problem. She calls back with the quote and then I ask if their mounting machine is the one that holds the wheels in the center instead of by the lip of the wheel. She said to hold on, she’ll go check. She comes back and says, and I quote, “he said never mind, he doesn’t want to do them anymore.” So much for the “great service” reviews people have. I will be sure to spread this around as I and friends of mine are in multiple car clubs in the NOLA area.

I have been getting my tires from here for a while now but this last time the lady on the phone quoted me a price then charged me a lot more. I was a disappointed. I think I will call and ask about the upcharge. I use to go there because the prices was fair but if this is the new way of doing business I’m done.

Was dealing with Kyle in the body shop and I had a door on one of my work trucks that was not closing properly. I asked him what he needed to do in order to fix the problem. He told me we could order a new door or we could just change the hinges And readjust. I drop truck off and got the repair done the hinges in the truck doors aligned pretty much the same as it was before they did the repair. He charge me almost $700 to do the repair after picking it up in a day or two later , when my workers got into the truck and tried using it, the door still is not aligned properly. I reached out to Kyle and told him about the issue and he basically told me it is what it is. You should’ve replaced the door which he told me I didn’t need to replace the door the door was just Cosmetic and he could fix the hinges. This company does not stand by their work at all and didn’t even want me to pass by and take a look at it to see if it was just something as small as an adjustment would not recommend them to do any bodywork on any of my vehicles . Be careful this is a scam.
