Let me start by saying that Shane metaphorically "saved" my 15 year marriage yesterday. Last night, in my infinite man-wisdom, I attempted to clean my gutters in the dark. Needless to say, the ladder was not supposed to fall, but it did, on her Acura TLX. Not only did it fall, it landed on the single most difficult spot to use a PDR technique - 3 inches across the front fender nose of the hood body line, resting on the fender line, creased, and dimpled in 2 places...I am no Spring chicken with auto body work and immediately panicked; this type of crease almost always requires filler and blending. At 9 am the following morning, I called Shane. He immediately called me back. I explained the damage, but fully expected my worst nightmare answered. He confidently showed up at her office. A couple hours later, I couldn't tell you what side the ladder fell on. This man is a miracle worker. The degree of skill involved here represents the top 90% of specialists and I am shocked the state of LA is home to his work. It belongs in Beverly Hills. Good luck folks. You won't need it with Shane.

I called an asked about an estimate on a hail repair job. However my hail damage is severe and very overwhelming for one person to do. He spoke to me on the phone and explained how the process worked and explained other options for me to possibly get the car fixed a faster route with a team. This man was extremely understanding and sweet and took his time to speak to me about my car. I am extremely happy I got the chance to talk to him because I was clueless before. Amazing customer service, I recommend.

Shane was able to come to my home and fix 2 dents in my Land Rover same day. Very detail oriented, I didn't realize how complicated paintless dent removal could be! He was done in a couple of hours, looked great! Would strongly recommend him to anyone!

Shane did an AMAZING job and would definitely recommend him! He did an awesome job at getting a dent out in a difficult spot on our 2018 Silverado. He takes pride in his work and is a perfectionist. Saved us a trip to the body shop and alot of money! 5 stars in our book!!

Shane corrected dings on the front driver fender and the roof of my wife's SUV perfectly. He is a true artisan of his craft and is very meticulous and methodical when approaching a repair. He was able to squeeze in our job the day after I called him as well. I highly recommend using his services to repair dents and dings on your car and I will definitely call him when our cars need dent repair in the future.

I must say Shane is amazing at what he does.I had a dent on my rear quarter panel above my wheel, and crease above my fuel door on my BMW, and decided to use paintless dent removal for the frist time, and was i shocked at the outcome, after Shane was finished it looked like the dent was never their, Shane did a amazing job removing the dents, he is very professional and takes pride in what he does, and i will definitely use him again before i pay a outrageous repair bill at a body shop, it was definitely worth every penny, and i would most definitely recommend Shane to anyone that needs a dent removal. He was very prompt in returning my phone call, and the communication trying to set up a day and time to avoid the weather was perfect.

The next morning after I called Shane came out to a job site i was on for work and gave his quote to me, what a convenience!!! He came to my house with all his tools. There were a few new tools that were going to make my job go better and he ordered them in and got the work done well. He pulled out one large dent several small dents and a medium size dent and used touch up paint for scratches on my pickup truck. I would recommend Shane to anyone.

If you’re looking to get some dents out, this is your guy!!! Shane on point. he communicates very well with you and is honest as well. There was one spot that he could not fully fix but he at least tried and was honest from the beginning that it may be a problem that he cannot fix . I gave him five stars b/c of his honesty, Craftsmanship & Communication. He did not overcharge or try to take advantage of me. my jeep looks fantastic, and I am incredibly satisfied with the outcome. Outstanding service. Quick reply, conveniently came to my workplace to fix a dent in my brand new 3-day old car. Bleeping ding in door panel from shopping cart blown by wind that was not put away properly by some lazy person. Anyway, Shane came out and fixed the dent and you would never know it was there. Very reasonable price and he explained everything to me as he was working. Knowledgeable and friendly guy. Highly recommended. 10 stars.

I am so incredibly pleased with the end result of my paintless dent removal. When I got the dent last week, I was so sad. I called Shane after reading reviews on his work, and he spent 45 minutes on the phone asking me questions about my car and the dent. Immediately, I was impressed with how thorough he was and how transparent he was about the process and cost. This morning, he came out in the bitter cold. Within an hour, he was finished. Note: My dent was not very big and not overly deep. The paint was barely scratched. I was very lucky. Anyway, I highly recommend City Dent Mobile-PDR. Not having to go through the headache of a body shop and insurance on top of a stellar job is priceless. Plus, you cannot even tell where the dent was. I highly recommend.

Shane is the guy to call for dent repair. I called him and he met me the same day and spent hours working to get my door as perfect as can be. He was very upfront about the process, price, and possible limitations and problems with the removal process due to where the dent was in the door. He continued to work on it even when I thought he was gonna tell me that was the best it could get and I'm glad he did because you can't even tell anything ever happened. Exceptional service and work!!!

What can I say, Shane of City Dent Repair is fabulous, great work ethic, knowledgeable, the epitomy of great customer service. He is very meticulous in his performance of repairing my truck roof. His prices are very fair and reasonable. He came to my home, which I have to say was very convenient for me. Other dent repair shops needed me to bring my vehicle in and take all day to repair it, all the repair shops are in New Orleans and Metairie and I live in Harvey with no way to drop off my truck. I highly recommend this gentleman for all your needs in regards to dent repair.
