Very friendly ,figured out my trucks problem in a few hours and called to let me know and the cost to have it repaired .very happy with the overall experience and the work completed .never happy with paying for car expenses but with the work involved and the time it took to complete it I'm satisfied that it was a very decent price .I think if you need car repairs and are looking for someone to fix your car correctly the first time and at a decent price I recommend bill's .

Craig is the best.. (the owner) I bring all my cars here.. he doesn't just fix what the problem is, he makes sure everything else is done right , tires, breaks, fluids etc.. plus recommends fixing something if he sees something abnormal

I went there to get an estimate regarding fixing my AC. They charged me $68 which I was shocked because basically I’m sure with their years of experience all they had to do is look at it and put it on a machine to see what was wrong. Then they quoted me between 14 and $1600 and told me that I needed a part which I did not need. I went to another AC mechanic and got it fixed for under $1,000. Bills Automotive is a rip off!

I brought my 1999 Lincoln Town Car to do a maintenance check for 118,000 miles. I had Craig do a complete vehicle safety check. He replace my oil and filter, air filter, pvc valve, radiator flush and refill coolant, power steering fluid replaced, rotated tires and grease all my fittings. He also check my suspension, hoses, belts and brakes which was alright. He did a great job. I said all this because I brought my car to NTB Auto to get my tire balance and two wheel alignment after they got finish they told me my two front rotors has a bevel and front pads were 2-3 thick which mean they were bad and need to be replaced. I brought my car back to Craig and told him what they said. He told me if my brakes were bad he would have told me. I feel Craig is very honest man and I have no reason to doubt his word. Now on I will be bringing my car to Bills Auto.
