This is my second time going to this location. The first time everyone was so enthused and welcoming. They went above and beyond. Thus go round the service was dry it was like robots working there. Felt like I was being rushed and everything was so scripted. Half of the items they do for dress as a safety check they did not do. I just hope it was just a bad day and it’s not like that everyday.

Wonderfully professional and efficient! We went to get a basic oil change and the gentlemen were very informative about the state of our car. Kyle was so kind and helpful, the whole change felt like 5 minutes because he was so personable, he did us a solid by letting us know which tire had low pressure and even gave us a coupon for next time! We will definitely be going back. Thanks guys! Edit 10/18/2025: came again for my car instead of by bf’s this time. Shoutout to Jeremiah and Brandon for their wonderful service and kindness! :)

I went to another auto service place last week to have my oil changed and experienced a leak afterwards. The oil was coming from around my oil filter housing. Since it is Sunday and the other place was closed, I came into Valvoline by Vets and Clearview for help. At Valvoline Mr. Rochaid took EXCELLENT care of my vehicle and made sure that everything was installed properly so there was no more leakage. I will definitely be coming back to Valvoline for all of my future oil change changes!

First of all I stopped to get some prices for an oil change and tire rotation, told Ibrahim I was shopping around. After going to a couple different places I decided to go there, price was good and the guy was just so friendly. Upon returning for the 2nd time the same say I drove right into the stall. From there everything was just so efficent. Had my oil changed, they acutally showed my that it was just right on the dip stick, I thought I might have needed a tire rotation but they said I was go to go with that. They checked my air and cabin filter and showed my they were good. They told me I could use windsheild wipers (I already knew this, my husband told me the same thing a month earlier), so I let them change them. They wipe so nice. Also they suggested what my vehicle needed at the milage I was at and I did like the suggestions as I keep a car a long time, it will be 10 years old in July, so I will consider these two things. It was the first time I stayed in my car while having work done on it. I usually don't do surveys but it was a very good experience. It was Ibrahim, Shawn and I forgot the managers name but they all pitched in to give great service. I will definitely return.
