First time Mercedes Benz buyer. Not happy with the service i received. Very rushy and pushy process/ salesman at first. I feel that they care more about sales than actually making sure that the customer is happy and satisfied with the product, which is typical. Became Very unorganized after purchasing and signing papers. No matching keys, he had to look for a match. Incorrect car’s manual. No thank you or welcome gear after official purchase. Didn’t feel luxury. I would drive 2 hours after i got off of work to the dealership and the excuse was always because i came later in the day. First and last time purchasing from Mercedes. Not quite the DREAM experience i imagined.

Katie is very professional and enjoy serving her customers. She definitely strives for customers satisfaction. MBNO has been serving my car for the last 5 years. I have been having the same mechanic since my first service on my car, and have never had any problem with my vehicle, after completion of Brandon’s service. Should a problem arise management works with his team to resolve the problem. I have no complaints and have been pleased with MBNO service. Just bought a pre-owned BMW from MB of New Orleans & I had the BEST experience here! I usually hate car dealerships but Mercedes Benz is completely different. All the staff members went above & beyond to ask if I needed help finding someone etc. Very courteous. The experience of buying a vehicle here is so friendly & thoughtful. Vic who works in finance is next level incredible. If he recommends a certain warranty etc go for it because you will regret it, and it’s true! Also, HERBERT SINGLETON is THE BOMB!!!! I was visiting my family in NOLA. While driving in the city I drove through a road hazard that wasn’t marked as construction. All 4 wheels of my car, an AMG C43, entered and exited a nearly 6 inch hole in the road. I drove about 1000ft and had to pull to the side of the road with a blown right tire and a bent wheel. Had to call Mercedes care service for a tow. Upon arriving to the service department at Mercedes Benz of New Orleans they had already put me to the front of the line knowing I live in Tennessee and I was suppose to leave for home on Friday morning. They stated upon video evidence I needed 2 tires and both were available. I stated I was about to get my car serviced as well so can you just do the service as well and they said they could. Needless to say my vacation extended another day but their dealership was top notch. Thanks to the incredible service I had the confidence to drive the 7 hours home.
