I called the service department twice. Once, after numerous rings the call was dropped. The second, multiple rings, no answer. I hung up called sales and they answered right away and transferred me to service. When I was called to say the car was ready and the amount (which I knew already) it would have been helpful had they mentioned that a 3% surcharge applied to credit card payment, which resulted in an additional $90. I spent $2,800 on repairs, of which I'm sure there was amble profit, than hit with a 3% fee, that's why the 2 star rating. But I still like my Subaru!

12-FEB-2026: During our search for a new subcompact crossover, we had a great experience with Josh Daniel at Bryan Subaru. Josh was exceptionally knowledgeable about the entire Subaru lineup. He actively listened to our needs and wants, providing a solid option in the Crosstrek Hybrid with the 360-degree camera system. Ultimately, we moved in a different direction because the Crosstrek couldn't quite meet our specific requirements. We learned that none of the hybrids in this category—the Crosstrek included—provide a contingency for a blowout, lacking a spare tire or run-flats. This industry-wide deficiency became a top priority for us. We likely would have bought the Crosstrek Hybrid if it had a spare, or the Crosstrek gas model if it offered a true 360-degree camera system. However, we simply couldn't justify paying top-of-market pricing for a vehicle that didn't fit all of our needs. While the vehicle wasn't the final choice for us, Josh Daniel was excellent. He was professional, informative, and understood our order of importance without any pressure. If you are in the market for a Subaru, Josh is a fantastic, highly capable advisor to work with!

My first deal was done with Fred, who now heads finance and finalized my new ‘26 Forester. This time, Roberto was my salesman, and with Fred, took good care of me again. I was greeted warmly and everyone there was very kind. I was directed to Roberto to have answers to my questions about the Impreza. He was truly great. He was patient and willing to talk about anything I asked and find information for me. I test drive two cars and finally decided the car I needed was not available at the New Orleans dealership so he had it brought in from Baton Rouge the very next day. It was perfect. He was steady and professional. Everyone there treated me like family. I have a such a good feeling about my Subaru. I have included a picture of Roberto and I just before I drove away. While it took a little bit of discussion, as is to be expected at any car dealer, in the end, without a lot of fuss, they stayed true to their word that first brought me in there and nothing Underhanded like no gas in the car (there was a full tank). Courteously followed me to return my rental car and drove me back. I hope they were satisfied with me as I was satisfied doing business with them. This stands in contrast to the last new car I bought about 4 1/2 years ago, where suddenly things we had agreed upon disappeared, it took a near shouting match to get them back, and I only got what I was originally promised when I physically stood up and started to walk out the door.

10 stars! ✨ very professional & friendly from the start (call to schedule) to end (freshly maintained & washed) 2023 Forester Wilderness ready for adventure) … when I called for scheduling a warranty oil change 30k but I was traveling through and hit the 6k mark hoping to get in that morning , yes! 9:30am & rep. was able to confirm that my out of state Subaru Maintenance was honored and when recommended I purchased the brake fluid flush & HVAC cleaning… waiting area was spacious, well stocked with snacks & coffee/teas . Children were in the “kids room” playing…. and the restroom was clean. A good follow up to Mardi Gras with the family to taking care of my vehicle on Ash Wednesday

My wife and I showed up one day to "look" at new vehicles. We were promptly greeted by Greg our salesman. He showed us around and we ended up doing 2 test drives on different vehicles. At no time were we ever pressured to buy anything. I had not done my homework but Greg had answers for all our questions. We decided on the Forester Limited, the sale was quick and smooth. My salesman Rob White is a Gem, a keeper. Very knowledgeable. Very quite, even though sometimes I would ask him the same question. He never even changed his facial expressions. He was very careful with me. My daughter was in town for Xmas and helped me with the process. When I went back after Xmas after the flu with me daughter on speaker phone Rob suggested that he go over everything again. I REALLY, REALLY appreciated. The finance was very helpful. I had my Subaru serviced at Bryan Subaru for the first time this weekend. The waiting areas are bright, clean and welcoming. The children’s play area is beautiful with lots of activities and places for the kids to sit. My service advisor was helpful and explained thoroughly answers to questions that I had. The work done on my vehicle was completed in a quick timeframe. The only issue I had was locating where to park my car for the service department. I will definitely continue bringing my Subaru here for service.
