I think the only reason they don't have 100 reviews is because not everyone knows of them. Randomly I stopped in because some local shops said they bring their stuff to him to get fixed. Nice guys too. I'm my opinion stop in, don't call. He can explain things good in person. I think he's honest and kind. He enjoys helping people. GO TO HIM! LOL

My 2000 Jeep Cherokee has a wobble between 40-50mph. He said it was the track bar. I told him that another shop replaced the track bar which didn’t fix the problem. He was adamant that it was the wrong track bar and the correct one would fix the problem and assured me that he would check for any other issues if the new bar did not fix the problem. He was super nice and seemed competent. He was very reassuring. I felt relieved that someone could finally get my car sorted. He replaced the part and my car still has the same wobble. The only difference is that somehow my steering wheel is now crooked when I’m driving straight. He admitted that he never drove the car above 40mph. He is now adamant that I never explained what the problem was and that it definitely sounds like an alignment or tire issue that some other shop should fix. He did offer to remove the new track bar, reinstall the one he removed, and refund the cost of parts only. I said I didn’t find it fair to pay for hours of labor for a part I had to be persuaded into buying since another shop had already replaced it without fixing my problem. He got upset and said now I get nothing and hung up on me.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! In a consumer environment where mediocre customer service is generally acceptable, Dirty Sanchez far exceeds exceptional service and support. Giorgio actually listened to me about the end-state I wanted to achieve with my Subaru Crosstrek, provided options (to include the names of multiple part suppliers), and never attempted to "up-sell" or persuade me to purchase other options. He supported me purchasing the parts direct from the manufacturer to take advantage of military discount pricing. During installation, he discovered that a couple of the parts were not correct specifications and contacted the manufacturer about the sizing problem. Even though it was not his error, he offered to install the correct parts later upon receipt without any additional charge to me. I have and will continue to recommend Dirty Sanchez Off-Road to any and all!

I’ve had several upgrades done to my Jeep Wrangler JKU. I have found that the labor and product charges were very fair and very reasonable. The work was done quickly and very professionally.
