Take 5.. more like take 5 years… I’ve been waiting in the bay for about 45 mins… no one has checked me in or began to work on my car or the car next to mine… there are ample workers here. Just walking around. With only one person working on actually changing oil… this is the last time I come here.

They were very friendly and thorough and fast! They suggested a new inside car air filter, so I let them check and WoW am I so glad I did. It had NOT been my imagination that I had felt tiny particles of dirt hitting my face. Check out the before and after pics They really are trying to help u breath better! The vent I had was toxic 🪷

I called a particular location Clearview and West Napoleon in Metairie Louisiana to get full synthetic oil change/filter price beforehand. Specified 2023 Hyundai Tuscon. Woman said $89.01 minus $25 coupon they sent me, plus tax. I asked, what about extra oil charge - I don’t want any surprises when I get there. They said, you’re within the five quarts included. I already knew it required 6.2 but I figured they wanted my business so. When I got there they immediately pop the hood and start draining oil before they even begin to discuss price, so you’re a captive at that point. 89.01 PLUS 2 extra quarts oil PLUS shop charge PLUS - here’s the one that really gets me - $8.00 extra for a SYNTHETIC OIL FILTER because the filter included with the SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE is not a SYNTHETIC OIL filter. Sigh. When I protested the price and said I called before I came and was told something different, I got the ole WHAT WAS THE NAME OF THE PERSON YOU TALKED TO, because I’M THE ONLY WOMAN HERE AND I DIDN’T TALK TO YOU. Double sigh. Is she accusing me of lying, or what? I concede at this point they’ve outplayed the player. Triple sigh. Then she tries to put a sticker on my windshield saying my next oil change is due in 3,000 miles. Reaches in with her elbow in my face and resets my trip meter to show the same bogus number. I liked SpeeDee’s response better when I called to get a price - they said they couldn’t tell me what the extra oil charge would be until they got my vehicle in the shop. Hah hah. I said, you can’t punch it in your computer and see that a 2023 Hyundai Tucson takes 6.2 quarts? He said no. Quadruple sigh. But at least he didn’t outright LIE about the PRICE - he just refused to GIVE ME the price. You got me this time Take Five but you lost a customer for good and you gained this sucky rating on Google.

A great experience as always. Everyone was extra friendly and informative. I usually go, only get my oil changed and turn down the other offers. This time the attendant showed me my cabin filter and it was absolutely gross. Now when I turn on my a/c it smells really fresh like a new car would. Will definitely return here for my auto maintenance.

Another great job by Take 5! We always use Take 5. They always do a great job, and this time was no different. Service guys were very nice, thorough, and quick! It wasn’t a minute or two before we were greeted with bottles of water (And they were busy as can be). I thought it was really nice that while we were waiting to pull up, we were greeted by two other ppl who were just making sure we were helped. Of course, we had already been helped. Thanks for your attentiveness and great customer service! We will most certainly be using them again. Only place my family goes!

Got an oil change on Saturday morning, there was no wait I was in and out. Service was great; the gentleman was very polite and the crew was efficient. My issue comes with my invoice, after reviewing my invoice when I got home I noticed I was documented at well over 200k+ miles and my car barely has 20k miles. This resulted in me paying extra for the oil, and getting high mileage oil when my car definitely doesn't need that and to top it off I'm sure this mileage will be reported to other agencies.

The friendly and diverse service team communicates clearly with each other and customers, and they work very well together. The manager on duty checks in with every customer prior to the end of their service for feedback and questions even if when they are at busy times. They are thorough and triple check all areas of your vehicle. I pass plenty of places to get my oil change on my route, but this location is the one where I feel most comfortable and get the best quality of service.

I always bring my car here for oil changes. They are reasonable priced, quick and efficient. They are usually pretty friendly and always offer a water. They do try to get you to buy extras but that’s their job and they don’t get upset when you say no to the extras.

Skid plate was not replaced after oil change on my daughter’s car. They advised to get screws to secure it and they will reimburse (bc car was out of town). Another Take 5 location assisted with installation. Asst manager (Robert) has not provided me with contact info for district mgr that is supposedly handling it. Also, no estimated time frame for reimbursement and it has been one month. How can I trust that they properly did an oil change if they can’t replace all parts that they took off? Good luck calling and getting someone on the line.

The employees at this location are very friendly, helpful, and informative. The fully synthetic package is a little pricey but it last almost 3 times longer than a conventional oil change so at least you have peace of mind with vehicle performance and engine upkeep. Overall I was pleased with my experience and I will return to this location in the future for my vehicle upkeep and maintenance.

I was on my way home from a funeral and burial. When I hit the brakes my oil gauge went into the red and my check engine light came on. I was going to get my oil changed around Christmas but with a death of a parent, I had other things to handle. Anyway, I immediately drove to MY Take 5 Oil Change location (Clearview / W. Napoleon), and told them what happened. I think they were closing, but they told me to pull in anyway. They checked everything and told me I was very low on my oil due to a leak, the oil was old and that I needed an oil change immediately and while doing it they could check everything dealing with the leak better while it was open. I told them I couldn't today as it was a long day emotionally and asked what should I do? The workers were very understanding and made me feel that it was okay. They told me they would complementary fill it and that I could come back later this week when I was able to - and that it would be their pleasure to help me out. I was very happy with everything about my visit, and would highly recommend them to others. Justin was my main person, but everyone was so awesome, Justin even topped off other things under the hood and my air pressure after doing everything else with the oil. Please let all the workers (especially Justin and the young lady who put in all my information) that I really appreciated the kindness on this particular day! Thank you and let them know it was a superior job all around!!!
