Courteous, prompt and reasonably priced. My first visit to Geiling was to have the struts replaced on my older Rav 4. I was contacted within an hour from drop-off with an estimate and the work was completed within 5 hours. I believe the charges for the repair were reasonable. We discussed a couple of other issues that were discovered, but was assured that neither was an immediate safety hazard. I’m pleased with my experience with Geiling and will definitely return to have the other repairs done.

Honest and very competent! Previously had a diagnosis and verbal estimate from a dealership for repair work. After checking with Geiling Auto Service, I learned that the dealership diagnosis was false. I saved over $800.00, by learning that it was not needed. Not bad experience, but not good. Two different gentleman helped me at two different times. The first gentleman who helped me, was difficult to communicate with. The second gentleman was much easier. **The person at counter makes a difference. Dropped my car off per my reservation window. Once Geiling Auto figured out the problem my vehicle was having, they called me up. After communicating with the first man about my options over the phone, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I went back to the shop, paid for $140 for diagnostic fee, then left with my vehicle. Before I left, the second man was inside the shop (my first time meeting him). The gentleman was genuinely helpful. However, I still decided to take my business somewhere else.

I got exceptional service at a very fair price from these folks. My biggest pain points with auto shops in the area have been around communication and expectations but Geiling exceeded in both.

I love this place. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Once I forgot my wallet and, because I didn't live far away at the time, one of the employees drove me home to get it and then drove me back to pay - and I've been singing their praises ever since. They were really nice about it too! They're really good about calling me after looking at my car and telling me all the things that need to be done, how urgent of an issue each item is, and how much each will cost. I never feel pressured to get it ALL done, and I'm never surprised by the final amount I have to pay. I also always drive away feeling like I understand what they did and why. I honestly can't say enough nice things about Geiling. I recommend them to everyone. If you're looking for a trusty mechanic, go here.

They really worked with me! I had a check engine light come on. Autozone tells me it's "a very small emissions leak". 3 weeks later and changing the appointment 3 times (my fault and not recommended), and I dropped my car off the night before. I was getting called back by 9 am the next morning telling me what the problem was, the parts are in stock, and they can get it fixed that day. I asked them to drive it because the back wheels were humming and shouldn't be, so they added replacing back u joints to fixing the idiot light. Now it rides smooth and quiet like it's supposed too. I had great service and got my car back quickly. They even told me they do oil changes. Anticipate dropping off and picking up when ready more than waiting on it. They are very responsive on the phone. I'll use them again and recommend to friends and family. P.S. They also came in below the quoted price.

Excellent and quick service at a very fair price. I called to get my brakes serviced, and they were able to fit me in the next day. They did an inspection and called me to give me the price with no unexpected up charges at all. I was able to pick my truck up by 4pm and the brakes were much better.
