As a result of hurricane the wait times for insurance claimed vehicles is extensive. That said our vehicle took moderate damage and they offered a reasonable assessment and the turn around was quick. The communication wasn't great and the people working up front have a bit of attitude/ sense of being inconvenienced but overall a decent experience as such things go

I had my car repaired at the Mercedes Benz Collision Center. I brought it to them for an estimate. The gentleman that they assigned to my car was very thorough. He took pictures and gave me a written estimate for my vehicle. He was very professional and assured me the damage wasn't as bad as I thought. A few weeks later I brought the car to them so the repairs could be done. Bonnie, the lady at the front desk, was so nice. She said it would take 5 to 7 working days to complete the job. She said I would receive updates twice a week. She also said if any additional damage was found once they started I would be notified. She was true to her word and I received updates on the days she said I would. In addition, there was additional damage that could not be seen during the original estimate. They contacted my insurance company and got approval to do the additional repair. Bonnie then contacted me to keep me up to date on the progress. It did take a little longer than the 7 days but my car was repaired to showroom condition. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and very professional. I am extremely pleased with the repair to my car and the Mercedes Collision Center.

I would recommend avoiding this place. Have a Tesla, and it's only one of two spots in the area, so use the other one. They kept it for literally 4 months. They also charged our insurance company ridiculous prices claiming they needed to use special equipment when the insurer said that wasn't applicable for this repair. They also tried to charge us above and beyond the initial estimates - fortunately the insurance company took care of it. My sense was just that they see Teslas as an excuse to charge as much money as they can and their estimates of costs and expected dates mean nothing. I was really upset with my experience here.

Fantastic work on our Model Y. Everything you'd want from a body shop. 1) Great final work 2) They fully detailed the car for before pickup. 3) Communication from Emily was AMAZING. Updates every few days and very responsive and helpful/knowledgeable with all our questions through the insurance process. Hopefully never have to be at the body shop again but would definitely go here if that were to ever arise again!

I brought my fiancée’s Tesla in for a front fender repair, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. When the car was returned, I immediately noticed the fender trim piece didn’t fit properly — it clearly wasn’t an original Tesla part. When I brought this to their attention, a staff member became confrontational and refused to discuss the issue further simply because I expressed dissatisfaction with the workmanship. Eventually, they admitted they would need to order the correct part from Tesla — which begs the question: why wasn’t that done in the first place? After getting the car back a second time with the proper part installed, we noticed a vibration and a whining noise coming from the front — the very area that had just been repaired. We returned once again, only to be told that a bad wheel bearing was the cause. This should have been caught before the car was returned to us. If you drive a luxury or high-performance vehicle and expect quality work, I strongly recommend taking your car elsewhere. This shop simply does not meet the standard of care or professionalism required for premium vehicles.

This is hands down the best collision center I've ever been to. Mike and his entire team deserve so much praise for the way they treated me as a customer. My car was fixed in a timely manner and u can't even tell it was ever in an accident, their body work is immaculate , it even has new car smell again ! The most professional CollisionCenter in the New Orleans area. Certified Mercedes, Tesla and Corvette collision repair facility with state of the art equipment. They also work on all makes and models. Also specialize on sprinter vans and oversized vehicles. This place does not entertain Insurance company DRP’s. Once you drop your vehicle off with an estimate the vehicle is torn down, blueprinted and assessed for additional hidden damage so that a supplement can be submitted to the insurance company for additional payment. They do not work for insurance companies, they work for you to get your vehicle fixed correctly 100 percent according to factory specs.

Seth is amazing! They repaired the door of our 2025 Toyota Corolla. I give them high marks for customer satisfaction. They made the process of getting our car repaired very easy. They communicated every step of the way and worked with us to get our car back in a timely fashion. The car looks brand new again. Superb workmanship. We'd highly recommend them.
