Horrible customer service Bought a used tire did not move my car Two days later the tire was Inflated had to Pay more money for a patch, went back an Fourth with the so called Boss which was a female would definitely NOT RECOMMEND… just Horrible.

They will rob you out your money, they purposely broke a part in my truck and then charged me almost $600 to fix what they did ..they said the part was expensive and when I looked at the part online once I got the bill it was like 32 dollars on Amazon. I even showed it to them and they did not care. Avoid them at all cost

I was afforded the honor to meet Mr. Pedro, the Manager, of this well run establishment, yesterday September 3rd. I was approached upon my arrival and was greeted with good customer service and professionalism. I really felt Mr. Pedro and the Administrative Assistant treated me with kindness, respect, consideration, and assisted me with the best advise concerning my car. I left fully satisfied n will return for any future car needs. My car is finally fixed and I am Grateful!!!

I stopped in on a Saturday morning to see about fixing or replacing a flat tire. The guys there were so nice, and informed me I only needed a patch. I was in and out within 20 minutes, for $25. As an aside, one of the employees' family came in with lunch for him and they all were so kind and loving towards one another. Just confirmed that I was in the right place! I'll definitely come back for work on my car in the future. God knows she needs it. ——— Adding in my second review here because google wont let me create a second one. Came back because I had yet another nail in my tire (love you New Orleans!) and these guys are still the best. Pedro gave me an honest assessment of my needs without trying to take advantage. I got two new tires and an alignment, because it was time. I was quoted a very fair cash price, and was recommended to come back when I am able to get my rear tires as well. No pressure, no scare tactics. It’s hard as a woman sometimes, because I’ve definitely been scared into purchasing things I haven’t needed before. That’s not the vibe here. Cris tire and their employees are lovely and I will be back in the future so stay tuned for more 5 star reviews!

This shop is exploitative. The prices here are terrible. If you own a tire and want to change it, they charge $30 each. Changing the tire for thirty dollars is not normal.

If i could give 0 stars, I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They charged my mom $900 for a Hyundai tune up. No tune up of a hyundai should cost this much, not even a Mercedez cost this much. These people like to steal your money RUN AWAY AND FAST! Horrible service and staff. They will OVERCHARGE you and RUIN YOUR CAR, trust me they did it to us. I hope they shut down

I would not recommend this used tire place to anyone. I brought my truck into this shop and they broke my stud off because they stripped out my lug nut. I went back to this place because my girls valve stem was bad and they tried to charge me $45 for a valve stem. THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF AND THEY ARE TERRIBLE WITH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!
