WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... WILL NEVER GO BACK if I could give ZERO stars I would. As a designated UHaul Drop off location, I did not expect to ever be treated with such disrespect as I did. Uhaul was having their own issues but after not being able to come to a resolution, Martin - the owner, threw the key at me (a young female) while my dad stood next to me. I spouted off a couple choice words - I WILL defend myself, and my dad defended me as well. We were then told to get the F*** off his property and never come back. Well sir, we wont and will be sure noone we know will either....

I was referred to Auto Care Svc of Met by a very helpful employee at O'Reilly"s in Kenner on Williams at W. Met Av, several months, perhaps closer to a year ago. I've wanted to post my feedback since my first encounter with Marty but a very bad memory kept getting in the way. As a female visiting a mechanic, I'm sure the first thing that is assumed is that you're going to be taken advantage of...unnecessary repairs and the costs being exaggerated. But I have to say that Marty was not like that at all. He was honest, fair and answered all my questions. He did NOT speak to me in a condescending tone which woman encounter with many male mechanics. I was and am very satisfied with my dealings with Auto Care Svc and I strongly recommend this business to all potential customers.

Marty was honest, knowledgeable, and direct. It was clear to me the moment I called to get a quote he has been in the auto business for many years. He didn’t try to upsell me and gave me a fair price, much better than what I had gotten from two separate big chain mechanic companies. He got me in within 2 days to do a full day’s worth of labor. I moved to New Orleans in January and after my experience with Marty, he will be my mechanic moving forward. So thankful I found him.
