I have an "04" so some back deck work had to be performed; However it Only took an hour and my only complaint is that they left some butt connectors on the passenger side other than that door guy

Went in with a stereo problem, told him the problem I was having. $65 diagnosis fee. After one day I called to check on my truck. They told me the exact thing was wrong. I paid$75 for them to repeat to me the problem... $350 to rewire... Good luck . Also, when I called to check on my truck . I was told they didn't have a contact number for me. When I was paying the bill, I could see a book right on the counter with discription of my truck,my name and number ? Basically I paid$75 for them to tell me something was wrong with my stereo.

I went in to have a push button start alarm kit installed on my 06 MDX. The guys here are a BEAST! I went in & showed them what I had & they jumped on it immediately & before you know it, they were done. Everyone is real cool and laid back. Prices are good. I will definitely be back for some other things & I would highly recommend anyone who needs some work done to not waste your time & money with other places like I did, just stop by here first!

Im so disappointed with their job! Asked to install new speakers and not only they install it wrong but also they left a big mess, screws everywhere, floor, seats. Speakers were not secured properly, had to pay to go a proper audio store! Plus they made a dent on a steering wheel on a brand new car!! I don’t recommend it

Ok - this has been one of the BEST shopping experiences of my life! Honestly these guys are incredible! They can fix anything and they will give you amazing value! I will take my car there for everything in the future. They Put the new 409 Alipine 9 inch screen in my jeep, took apart the entire dash, tinted the windows, placed power locks and alarm. They figured it all out superfast and it was this particular radio install was a new procedure for them, and my jeep works and looks great now. They did all this in less than a days time and im sure if it was a different radio / nav system would hve been faster. Also they have great value . I paid alot for the alpine yet their prices are very fair and they really work with you to make sure you are happy! They can customize your car however your like! They are not pushy and want you to be satisfied. I rarely write reviews this positive - actually this is the first time i have , its because the deserve it!

The best service ever!! I called them to install rock lights and halos on my Jeep and I was able to bring it in that day and went to pick it up 2 or 3 hours later. They communicate with you and are willing to fix an issue. They are fast, reliable, hard working, and love what they do. They have done my Jeep and brother's truck multiple times and we are always so happy with the results. Only people I trust to work on my Jeep!!

Stopped in on a Saturday without an appointment for a tinting and they got me in and out within an hour. Their garage was even tall enough for my Ram Promaster to pull inside. While most of the employees were generally terrified of my dog (and they had the right to be. He's a trained Malinois) they were still cool with him hanging out inside while they did the work. I'm happy with their work and would recommend them for tinting.

$300 to install 1 powered subwoofer which was cheaper than the install and got stripped 3 interior screws and roll of greasy burnt paper towels left under my hood and to top it off they didn’t screw down the fuse holder. I only went here to save time and for the money thought they would do a half decent job. I hate to say it but Mobile one does better work. If they had negative stars I’d give them a negative 3.

Guy who put on my new wheels was nice enough, but one wheel went completely flat the morning after installation. No nails (they’re run safe tires), damage, etc the tire was just put on incorrectly. Called to get a partial refund on labor to cover my cost to repair the incorrectly installed tire and was told no and to bring the car to their shop. My car has no spare and I’m 40 minutes from the shop, so that was impossible unless I towed the car there (which I wasn’t paying to do). So I was basically told they wouldn’t do anything. Not even a small refund was offered. Avoid this place.

A few weeks ago I encountered a unfortunate episode of "miscommunication" with the guys over at Auto Elite about a color on a powder coating job. After sharing my dissatisfaction online Scott the owner reached out to me personally the same day as my post. From the very beginning of Scott and I interaction I must say he definitely made sure the situation was rectified as quickly as possible, and I was up to date on any changes that were made. I wanted to make sure I posted the good experience I've had because most times people love to only hear or share the negative ones. Auto Elite for sure has earned my business all over again; and I'll say this now so there is no misunderstanding the quality of the work was never in question simply the color. Thank you again Scott for making good on the situation I truly appreciate all your efforts to make the situation right.
