NTB really delivered this morning. My car was dropped off late last night after closing but they still wrote a service ticket for this morning, to be taken care of first thing. Before 9AM, my car was ready. Thank you Christian, Brian, and Devin. All of you were a pleasure to do business with 👏 Had to go back today with another low tire. Turned out needed another tires good news is Christian and Brian got me in and out once again. Everything taken care of within the hour. These guys rock! Bad run of luck with tires lately but that’s part of the gig life, where I’m always on the road making deliveries. But within the hour Brian had me in and out. 👏

I went there because I had a blowout and had to get a tie. They were very professional and one guy thought I needed to change the rim and the other guy said no the room is fine so I think they are very honest with their customers I would recommend other people to go to them.

I somehow got a flat tire on my way from Covington to Metairie for a scheduled CPA exam. My husband came to put the donut on my car and took it to NTB to get a new tire while I took my test. The service provided by Christian and the guys in the back was impeccable. My husband was expecting to be there for hours, but seemingly got moved up in line and was only there 30ish minutes. Thank you so much to Christian and everyone that helped us today! We will be NTB customers for life!

I always have a great experience at Mavis Tire (formerly known as NTB). From the moment you walk in, they are kind, welcoming, and make sure to acknowledge you. The team gets the job done quickly and efficiently without ever making you feel rushed. Mr. Devin usually assists me when I visit, and he is truly a pleasure to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and always takes the time to share helpful information about automotive care, which I really appreciate. His supervisor is just as kind and does a great job keeping everything running smoothly, leading the team with a positive attitude and a smile. Seriously amazing people working there and the prices are really great! I got my oil change for half the price I have been paying and they balanced my tires!! Everyone was so helpful and informative! They went above and beyond to help me and I feel truly grateful to have found them! I will never go anywhere else again EVER!! The customer service alone was phenomenal but they also took great care of my car and I didn’t feel pressured to add or replace things like my last place! They are up front and honest and genuinely care about their customers! I will recommend them to anyone that will listen because I wish had known to go here way sooner!
