The customer service was definitely better than any other repair shop I've gone to. It was unfortunate, the circumstances! But I felt good about going to these guys. I got regular updates, which was especially appreciated due to the snowstorm Louisiana got. The car looked brand new when I got it back. Great service, but given the circumstances of what brought me there I still (respectfully) hope I never have to come back lol! Thanks guys, for everything.

I cannot say enough good things about Fradella’s. From the start Anthony and Brandon were kind/courteous and explained everything in detail. The work is impeccable- you cannot tell I was ever in an accident. My car looks brand new again! They kept in touch with me via text messages along the way and my car was ready the exact day as expected. I pray I’m never in a position to need body work again. But if so. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 5 stars!!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent experience with Fradella's in Metairie. They are authorized through my car insurance to handle claim deductible payment, which made that part of the process so easy. The body work on my car was perfect (my car is 10 years old), with them utilizing a blending paint job application that made it all look seamless. The personnel I worked with were all super nice and helpful, with them staying right until 5:00PM on pick up day and giving me tips on communicating with rental car transport. Just outstanding customer service and I highly recommend.

No issues with their repair work, and the car was cleaned. My problem with Fradella's was the lack of communication prior to repairs. My repairs were covered by insurance, and they noticed some dings likely from doors being opened into my car in parking lots. I was told I'd get an estimate for that with the option to pay for that work, but I never received that info. I was told I'd hear back from them a week or so after the initial estimate and never did. After 2.5 weeks I called and kept having to follow up. About a month after the initial estimate I called to find out if insurance ever paid them only to be told yes, and I could schedule drop off for repairs at the end of the next week. Who knows when I would have been informed they were paid and ready if I hadn't called. Fradella's seemed busy, and I have no problem with the repair work or communication during the repair. It would have been a 5* rating if they had followed up with me and kept me informed during the month or so before the repairs.

I am so grateful for the great work that Fradella's did to fix my vehicle recently. Their team did a great job of communicating to me about the timelime of when my car would get fixed, and they were able to fix my car fairly quickly---despite the extensive damage sustained in my vehicle. I will always use Fradella's to fix my vehicles after a cad wreck.

I have used Fradella’s the last 3 times I needed bodywork (over several years) and I have to say they are top notch. But this last experience was the best. I heard from my Allstate agent that there was hidden damages and the estimate was almost 50% higher. I was a little frustrated and the agent said Fradella’s is a good company and they are not pulling anything. They are actually looking out for my interest. She continued to tell me that with Allstate, Fradella’s is one of the few body shops that they automatically believe and don’t have to send out their staff to double check because Fradella’s has always been honest and never have tried to slide anything by the insurance company. So they are well respected by the insurance companies. I was most impressed when I talked to them and asked if they worked with a detail shop for the inside. My car is a 2021 and the interior was not horrible but needed some TLC. He looked at it and said their weren’t any stains and it just needed a good cleaning and they would take care off of it at no charge. When I picked up my car, it was like brand new inside and out. I will only go to Fradella’s for any body needs in the future. I highly recommend.

The staff at Fradella's Collision Center are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are always willing to answer questions, and never had to hold on the phone to talk to someone. The estimate to repair my Toyota Camry was actually more than the final bill, what a nice surprise. I appreciate all of your help, Melody and Brandon. Not sure who it was that actually worked on my vehicle, but would like to thank him too. I would and will refer friends and family to Fradella's. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you all.

All the five star reviews for Fradella's are well-earned and accurate! Their repair work is wonderful, but more than that, their staff is phenomenal. They are friendly, professional, and communicative, especially when managing delays out of their control (hello, snow day!). I got my car back repaired, looking shiny and smelling good, and with no frustration with the process! I've already recommended them to family and friends and would use them again (but, hopefully I won't need it!)

I cannot speak highly enough about Fradella's. This hidden little gem (off of Veterans) is definitely THE one to take your car to after an accident. Amanda and Chelsea in the office are wonderfully helpful and understanding, they went out of their ways to help me get my car back in time for a funeral. They were happy to provide updates and kept me posted on my car's status. The person (or people) who fixed my car did a thorough review of all of the damage and took the extra time to really ensure there were no hidden surprises later on. Mechanical and cosmetic repairs were both done flawlessly- like it never happened (Yes, I have a Volkswagen- they actually do repair foreign cars). Fradella's went beyond what was expected returning a car that was CLEANER (inside and out) than it was when it went in! The detailing and wash was a nice touch and just shows even further how much they aim to please. They handled all of the insurance stuff. Stress-free, friendly and knowledgeable, I would absolutely go back (though hopefully I will never have to) and send friends and family.

I choose Fradella's based on the 4.8 rating with a large sample size. They are rated this high for a reason. They took care of me and they made my car look like a new car. It actually might even look better than the day I bought it brand new and drove it off the lot. Impeccable work. Needed to have trunk and rear bumper repaired and they did a remarkable job.
