If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I have an older model Chevy Trailblazer that has more problems than Jay-Z. I started having issues with some things that needed immediate attention, but I was at the point where I wasn’t sure if I wanted to keep putting money into it. Like most people, finding reliable mechanics is sometimes a challenge. I had seen Greg’s ads on TV quite a bit, and thought I’d give them a try. These are some of the words I’d use to describe my experience with Greg’s Automotive: Trustworthy, Honest, Principled, Ethical, Communicative, Reliable, Flexible, Customer-service oriented, Efficient, Skilled, Knowledgeable, and Fair (and no, I did NOT use a thesaurus, lol). When I first went in, I had some (not easy to diagnose) issues going on with the car. I explained to the guys that I’m trying to evaluate the cost of what needs to be fixed and whether or not it was worth getting repaired, or just scrap it. They agreed to evaluate the situation so I could make an informed decision. They got back to me very quickly with an evaluation and an estimate. I was completely prepared to call it a day with the car, but they did what they needed to do in order to get my car up and running at a very fair price. They didn’t try to upsell me on all the MANY things that could need work. They listened to me, understood my situation, and gave me options. Two of the main guys I dealt with, Justin and Blake, were tremendous to work with. I also had a chance to speak with Greg upon my initial visit to explain my situation. I left that conversation confident that they’d be able to help me, regardless of what the outcome was. Their customer service is unmatched in my opinion. Car repairs can be one of the more frustrating things we have to deal with, mostly because of the unknowns. Greg’s does a fantastic job of minimizing those frustrations, and making it a positive experience. In my short time knowing them, I have all the confidence I need to give them my everlasting business. After my experience here, whenever someone asks me if I know a good place to take their car for repair, I only have one answer……Greg’s Automotive!
