I dropped my truck off because I had a nail sticking out of one of my tires. Zoltan called me to explain the nail had not punctured the tire and they had removed it. They didn’t charge me for this since it hadn’t pictured. They are an honest company and I’d recommend them.

This was my first time coming into Zolman’s. I had some tire air caps that were stuck and had been initially quoted a price to have them removed and replaced. After about 45 minutes, they were able to saw it down and put new caps on. They told me not to worry about paying them. They spent almost an hour trying to get them off and didn’t want me to pay for their time. I appreciate their generosity and kindness. They’ve made a customer out of me and my wife for any future car work. Thank you.

I had a slow leak and my driver front tire for the last couple weeks. I took my car to the dealership that I am leasing through and they told me that it would be almost $400 and they had to just replace the tire because there was a nail. I chose to go to Zolman since that’s where I’ve always taken my vehicles and they said there was a piece of metal in it and it was only 20 bucks and it done in an hour. Cannot recommend Zolman more. They’re super quick, they’re thorough and they have great customer service.

Pretty good experience I’d say. My only feedback. I was outside of a warranty by like 10 days, they were honest and said they were unsure if labor would be covered. I secretly had my hopes up. They called and let me know it would not be covered but they took a few dollars off the labor. Nice people, helpful, done when they said they would be. Now GREAT customer service would have been to cover it even though it was outside the window by a few days. The amount of people I’d tell that too would far exceed a normal experience. Anyway, still a good place.

Had a flat on a brand new car- walked in with no appointment and was anxious as still needed to pick up my daughter from school along with other errands still to do. They were extremely helpful and while they warned me they were short staffed that day and so it would be a wait- got my car into the shop and repaired the tire - drove over a bolt- in under 2 hours. They were amazing! Always professional and do a great job on whatever service I have scheduled (or not in this case!)

Woke up to a flat tire to start my day. Put enough air in the tire to get to the nearest tire repair shop. This so happened to be Zolman’s on Bittersweet. I was greeted right away and after checking in I was told it would be ten minutes and someone would look at the tire. I sat down in the clean waiting room and 15 minutes later I was on my way. I have never been to Zolman’s before but I will no longer pass them by for my car service needs. One happy customer.

Service was alright. I was initially told they couldn’t work with the warranty company that I had, I was told I had to pay and then I could be reimbursed . While waiting I called the warranty department myself and they said that is incorrect, the place should call them prior to doing any fixes to make sure they can be covered. I had to go back to them 4 times and take time off work all to be consistently told I needed to come back to complete another thing. Initially I was told they couldn’t make some fixes on a Saturday then suddenly they couldn’t until the following week. Communication could be improved and timelines could also be improved.

Yesterday, 9/20/24 was our very 1st visit to Zolman's. Service to my 2015 Ford Edge Sport was completed at the Granger location on Bittersweet. I worked directly with Derek and Jordan at this location to get the Pirelli Scorpion Verde tires I was specifically looking for ordered. Both individuals were kind, informative, and patient. They took the time to explain in detail, the service their team would be providing, the cost, any additional recommendations and why. These gentlemen went above and beyond to ensure there were no surprises later, ultimately creating the best customer experience! We had a horrible experience with Zolman in Granger. We’ve used them plenty of times in the past so we assumed this time would be no different. They misdiagnosed our vehicle, replaced parts that did not need to be replaced (they showed us the old part in the shop and it did not need replacement) and then told us it would cost thousands of dollars after they did the “repair”. They held our vehicle until we paid them even though they did not tell us the price beforehand or get our approval to do the repairs at that price. After this, the vehicle still did not work. It’s been in and out of their shop for almost three weeks and is still not fixed. We got it diagnosed at a different auto shop and Zolman said they would make it right by fixing that problem at no extra charge (they are still charging us an additional $500 on top of the previous thousands). They had to hire a mobile mechanic to program this new piece (they are not capable of doing it in house) and it still did not work. They told us to bring the vehicle to a Ford dealership because they are unable to help us any further. We will still incur additional charges to fix the vehicle. They refuse to reimburse us for all of the additional problems they’ve caused. The customer service, lack of communication and approval of price was very frustrating and disappointing.

Went to the Zolmans in Granger. Front alignment time, just a bit disappointed. Couldn't get the front end done. The engine cradle needs an adjustment? Figure it would bo something they could do and call it a day. Still enjoy the staff

Bit of a wait even with an appointment which is expected this time of year however once they got to my car it seemed to have gone pretty quick. However I think that's where my issues stemmed from. Working too fast. Upon visual inspection in the parking lot under overcast skies everything looked great. It wasn't until a few miles after leaving the parking lot I noticed my new tires were inflated to absurd, inconsistent amounts. Door jam sticker calls for 32 front, 33 rear. It was 37, 37, 41 & 46. Thankfully this is easily solvable. However it wasn't until after a couple of car washes I noticed some light scratches they left behind on my wheels as well as one nice nasty gouge. Thankfully they're just going to be my factory winter wheels, however it doesn't make them any less expensive. Despite the above and beyond customer service, I want to recommend this place, but I just can't
