I had intermittent check engine light and took it to my usual car repair place but they could not find the problem. I then took it to the audi dealer in Burlingame and they wanted to replace air intake manifolds for over $5000 and I believe they broke my coolant pipe. Brought the car to Greg's and they found the problem, which was more like $500 to fix. They took videos and texted me details. They also took video of the leaking coolant, which was gushing, so I had to have it fixed. I checked my coolant a day before bringing it to the Audi dealer in Burlingame and the level was good. I really believe the audi mechanic broke the pipe because no way would my coolant level would be near max with the way it was pouring out suddenly. Greg's auto was very professional and I like how they take videos of everything to show you what is happening.

Greg is hands down the best person I’ve worked with in my years working on my car. He and and Vova consistently go out of their way to help me whenever I have any issue with my car, and they were able to find issues that 3 other mechanics I brought my car to couldn’t. Every time I’ve had something done by another shop, I inevitably have to bring it to Greg and Vova to fix and they do it quickly and happily. They are such nice guys, and you can’t get and better value than with them. I’ve had my engine fixed, oil changed, engine codes diagnosed, wheels fixed, engine steam cleaned, and probably more too. Always super flexible with drop off and pickup as well. Couldn’t be happier! Bonus points, in the same parking lot is the best donut shop in San Mateo (Cruel donuts, earlier in the day the better) and a 711 with bright neon signs.

I discovered Greg's when the battery in my Mercedes died and we have a trip coming up. Greg was able to take the car in, did a complete check of the system for diagnosis, order the battery for us and got a few additional things fixed in a day. He also gave really useful advices on how to maintain the car. I can tell that Greg is genuinely offering help instead of trying to get us to use more of their services. Since then we've done a routine service with them with very reasonable price, and consulted him on other questions even if we are not using his service. Would come back for any future needs!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend Greg enough! I came in after another shop tried to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary repairs during a simple oil change. They made it sound like my car had major issues, but Greg quickly diagnosed the real problem, which turned out to be minor. He fixed it for just $45 and explained everything clearly and honestly. Greg is incredibly knowledgeable, fair, and trustworthy. I truly felt like he had my best interest in mind. So grateful I found him! He definitely my hero of the day and saved me a lot of money and stress!

Volodymyr helped me install aftermarket tail lights on the VW golf gti. The part was non-standard aftermarket light and did not come with instruction manual at all. A few other shops had turned down the job earlier for such reasons. Volodymyr was able to work with me together based on the sparse info provided verbally by the seller, and figured out the correct way of wiring. He was extra patient with meticulous attention to the details. He went all the lengths soldering the leads to ensure contact, properly routing the wires through the panels, grommets and the hatch, and wrapping the wires with tape to ensure weatherproofing. It took him longer than we originally thought but he charged a very fair price in the end close to the original quote. Superb job done here 👍💪. Will definitely come back for other non-standard jobs.
