New to the neighborhood, I took a chance and went to Gregg's because it was local. Although all I needed was a routine oil change and DMV inspection, he was as considerate and attentive as if I was bringing him major business or we were old friends catching up. He was remarkably upbeat considering I was waiting for him when he opened at 7:30AM and another gentleman waiting had a tantrum as if he expected an entire NASCAR crew to descend upon his car and fix his problem in 90 seconds while he sat in the driver's seat anxious to get back to the race. I'm sorry this other "customer" was already having a bad day at 7:30 AM, but Gregg did not deserve to be the target of his frustration in person or in his review. Gregg and his crew are honest, polite, skilled, and competitively priced; they make taking in your car less of a chore. Every customer is a valued customer. I'll be back soon with my other car for routine maintenance, and certainly if any big repairs become necessary down the road. I'd recommend his shop to anyone looking for someone to trust with their car and their wallet.

Gregg’s deserves 5 stars because this is the type of place you want to go when you need anything for your car. Not only was the service exceptional they were extremely fast too on my brake job with great pricing. He actually cares about his customers and is not looking to make a quick buck. Gregg has taken care of my car for years! Any repair I’ve needed he always explained why, how long I can wait before I absolutely have to do to the repair, preventive maintenance and reasonable rates. I recently dropped my car off for tires. So happy I did. He’s such a great guy. Works with you all the time! You won’t be disappointed. The shop is now open on Saturdays. They are the best!

Greg is the best. I really don’t want you guys to know because then he’ll get too busy for me! It’s hard to find a good mechanic and I’ve gone completely out of my way to go to him. He uses multiple expensive machines to test your car and has extreme high level personal knowledge. When I had an issue, he fixed it and then he drove my car for a few days. Driving it 100 miles to make sure that the issue wouldn’t reoccur. In case you’re wondering this is an amazing thing. Having a good mechanic is more important than having a good dentist lol and this guy is the best mechanic I’ve ever seen in my life!

I have been coming here for years with everything from inspections, to oil changes to break jobs. Gregg and Chris have always been upfront and honest in every interaction, and in a an age when it seems like every auto show is trying to fleece you for every dime, Gregg and his team has instilled a level of trust that you rarely see in a repair shop these days. If you want to have a reliable go-to local “car guy”, I can think of no other shop that would fit the bill.
