Unprofessional and bad attitude! Always over-quote repair service(s). Perform no diagnosis, and just suggest repairs without physical examination.

I never go out of my way to write a negative reviews. BUT THIS ONE IS A WARNING! I sent my brother here to get the throttle body cleaned. He was told it was a goner and it needed to be replace. Cool, I got the car new, no pre-owners, straight from the Hyundai dealership in 2015 have been on top of service. I know how much This would cost. THEY OVERCHARGED WITH A COMPLETE RIPOFF. 1000 dollars??? REALLY?! The Hyundai dealerships quote was HUNDREDS LESS and that says a lot!!! You should be ashamed!! And I hope Karma serves your business right!! It’s one thing to make a profit off of people it’s another to practice complete THIEVERY & abuse! Shame on you!

Scam, they just quote random garbage to replace and then resell your old part to someone else, because it’s still functional. They don’t do anything, they just look around for obvious problems and then make one up if everything’s good.

Egotistical. Doesn't care about your car, just tries to upsell you without checking anything. Just reads some codes and then calls it a day. Code says "engine" anywhere in it? You need a new engine, even if the manufacturer says that code should never be raised from a hardware fault.

My second time going there for an inspection, never again. The 2 times I've gone there. They always find Problems with my car to charge me More Money instead of just doing my inspection. As soon as they put my car in the lift, they're telling me something's wrong with my brakes. My router, my calipers and so on. I've spent $3000 on my car already last summer. I knew what I fixed all. I need was an inspection. I don't need them to fix anything else and tell me something's wrong with my car.I wouldn't trust them. They just want to make extra money from people.

Out to get you with crappy unnecessary repairs. Get a second opinion. But before you can even do that, they will charge you $60 just for using their OBD reader. Real classy. Any respectable shop would not charge to plug in a usb to your car.

Not here to help, just here to hurt. They've never provided an accurate estimate. They hope that people come to them for a state inspection and then take advantage of them by holding their inspection hostage over changing out some part that is completely functional. They don't care about you, they just want to charge their labor and markup on your bill because they don't get any other business.

On May 14, 2025 I got a NYS inspection here, which included two new front tires. Immediately upon driving away, my dashboard displayed multiple safety warning errors. It was later confirmed by the shop's own manager at the time (Hasib) that the incorrect tires were installed and there was an issue with the sensor from the inspection, which caused errors. I had learned that Hasib left the shop and so did the mechanic that installed the wrong tires (Ernie). I had to follow Hasib at the new shop he's at (Rice's Automotive) and he admitted he ordered the wrong car tires and he mentioned it's the mechanic (Ernie's) fault for installing them. I then had to follow Ernie at a different shop and Ernie said it's not his fault and it's Hasib's fault. Hasib's idea of 'fix' was to have his mechanic (Cruz) at Rice's Automotive install old, used tires from 2023 that already had a patch on one. This same patched tire went completely flat the same day Cruz mentioned to bring the car back and he'll take care of it but at this point my trust was broken and I do not want to deal with mechanics that do not prioritize providing an excellent standard of service and just want to do the bare minimum as a 'fix' When I disputed this charge, Bellerose Car Care claimed the situation was resolved. Their idea of 'resolved' was leaving me with a defective, used tire after I paid for a new one. This is a failure of service followed by a deceptive solution. I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone who values honesty, quality work, and putting people before profit
