Honesty is what this staff is all about. After obtaining several quotes for a few issues my Jeep had, Ramon and his staff went straight to the point and resolve my issues without the crazy high prices others were giving me. My husband had a great experience at Guane Auto Center. Don Ramón and his knowledgeable crew diagnosed and fixed my husband's car issue quickly and correctly. RAMON’ IS THE MAN!!!!!!!! He works on all four of my cars everything from regular maintenance, Vehicle check ups, Oil changes, brakes, brake pads, etc.and even recharges my air conditioners when they need it. Horrible experience. I arrived around 9:45–10:00 AM and did not leave until 1:00 PM. While the new tires were installed correctly, the alignment was not done correctly. I had to return twice to have the alignment addressed, yet after driving the vehicle, the issue is still present, the car continues to pull to the right. This is unacceptable. I will not be returning for a third attempt. I tried calling to request a refund for the refund but received no answer, likely because they were closed. Overall, the customer service was extremely disappointing.
