I have first hand seen their quality work and getting the 15% rebate back to the car owner is great (normally the insurance company is steering your car to a shop that will cut costs-and quality so that they save money, sometimes at the expense of the quality of work done)......lets here it for the customer getting the best value, not the insurance company !!

Didn't seem real interested in fixing the minor work my car needed. They did the work on my neighbors car. They took so long to fix her dented front bumper, the car rental time ran out. She was left without a rental or her car unless she wanted to pay for the rental.

I get the sense that they project their inefficient work and failures onto others, it shows because their demeanor is insulting for no reason. Skip them and go to a better, more efficient and friendly auto body business; the owners here are demeaning and sarcastic and I can see how that can negatively impact their workers.

I will never recommend anyone to get their car repaired here. I spoke to the receptions Laurie to get information to my insurance company to pay for an accident claim, and she was extremely rude. She upset my claims adjuster and was beyond difficult to work with. I don't know if they have too much work and not enough help or if this is how they like to do business, but Laurie raised her voice and was nothing but combative. This is the last place i would choose to give my repair business too.

Took my Audi here for repairs. Had to take it back twice for shaking at highway speeds only for them to tell me nothing was wrong. Low and behold 3 years later I took it to another body shop for a front bumper repair, balance and alignment only to find out that my suspension was bent! Heres to hoping they fix it this time!

Worse service ever! So disappointed. After multiple attempts to get a hold of them by phone to get the status of my repairs I was told I'd get a call back. That never happened. I had to go in and was told they were working on my truck and it would be ready soon. By then my truck had been at their shop for a month. I know their busy, every shop is busy, but at least give me a real update. My insurance covers 30 days of a rental and I need to turn it back in today, guy at guanella tells me he can POSSIBLY put me in another rental but it won't be a nice car like my current rental, but it'll get me from work and back. I'm literally on hold at the moment. And I'm able to type this all up. Been in hold for over 8 min. Want to avoid a hassle? Don't take ur car here! After being on hold for 10 min the receptionist pick up and hangs up! So so unprofessional. I call back and in the middle of my sentence explaining I'm very upset, she put me hold before allowing me to finish my sentence. I give up and decide to drive to them (once again), my insurance calls Informing me they have the receptionist on the other line, that my husband is at the shop wanting to extend our rental. He adds her to the line and I ask her "my husband is there?" She says yes. So I hang up and authorize the rental extension. I arrive and my husband isn't there. I ask her where he is and she says no he's not here. I smile in confusion. And ask her why she lied over the phone she says" I thought you knew I was lying. IT was the only way the insurance will extend the rental." Really!!! Who does that!!! I ask her if my truck has been worked on. She says yes. I walk out and look for my truck. No work!! Nothing My truck looks as it did when it was dropped off, 30 days ago. So I go in and tell her, "no it has not been touched. Nothing has been worked on." She says nothing. Speechless. So I demand my keys back and want a stop to the Checks of +7k that has already been paid by my insurance. Then Rick comes out and tells me that it won't be that easy to take my truck. He challenges me and says there's nothing I can do... That my insurance will have to go through him before he returns my keys. A lot more unprofessional working and service took place. So many lies. From saying they weren't able to fix my truck because insurance was not complying. My insurance sent me docs supporting their efforts and how fast they where on replying and cooperating with them. I had to pay $777.24 to take my truck back from them! They take advantage of insurance and customers. But, boy when u take ur car they promise u this awesome story of how great they are. And that they will do everything for you. You have nothing to worry about. Never ever have I had this poor experience with any sort of company in my life. Don't recommend. If I could give a negative star I would. Want to avoid a hassle? Look for a good shop. Read thier reviews!! The real ones. Good luck

So far- friendly . Just dropped off my wrecked SUV. Just got my car back,after 3 1/2 weeks. They had told me 2weeks when I dropped it off. No communication, I had to keep calling and never got answers. They did a decent job, some gaps around hood and finders. Replaced one headlight so the remaining one is old and foggy and sticks out like a sore thumb. They detailed inside and out ,so that felt good.

The quality in workmanship was great. I've used Guanella multiple times. They do great work in matching paint and the overall repair of my vehicles. The only recommendations for improvement is the office stay. Everytime I call the staff either have no idea whats going on or uneducated about the basic of vehicles. The office staff just have a coarse attitude. Only reason why its not 5 stars. If their phone etiquette improve with genuine care, I'm sure thet would be 5 stars.

I had a very small fender bender and the insurance company was "steering" me towards a certain auto body shop, but my partner had a bad experience with that shop. Luckily around that time i heard a radio ad about Guanella auto body. What caught my attention was 15% rebate to the car owner, I really like that ! But I was not sure who are these Guanella people. I was very happy to see their very professional, clean and state-of-the art facilities and their work was impeccable. And I really liked that 15% rebate to me !! Definitely check them out !!

I got into an accident on Sept 4 2022, got it towed to them on Sept 5. They parked my Tacoma, unlocked, in there front gated lot. They didn't look at it at all until Sept 29, when they called me to see if I picked it up. No. It was STOLEN. Someone cut the lock on fence and shut the internet down, so the Ring Cameras did not work that whole weekend on the 18 of September. But didn't notice it until they called me. They and the insurance company and claims reps have been short and rude with me and didn't return calls. My truck got recovered a month later more damaged. This is all true from the police report. Insurance company says its not they're responsibility and not liable. One word, NEGLIGENCE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

This one of, if not the most modern and high end auto body shops in the county. It's clean, organized and has modern equipment from the body shop to the paint booths. Even the alignment machine and lift are state of the art. Have seen the end product first hand and you can't even tell that the vehicle was in an accident. They use OEM parts and high quality paint.

Got my car back after dropping it at their shop three weeks ago. A few days before my pickup date, I got a call that my car won't be ready as a needed piece was on backorder. I spoke with Rick, explained my situation (limited resources/options, etc.) and he understood that going for an indeterminate time frame without a car would be extremely hard for me. He spoke with his team, he pulled every string he could, and he got the job done. I was able to get my car back as scheduled. Not only that, my car was meticulously cleaned inside and out. Now that's great service!
