I've lived in White Settlement for a few years and this place has always been legit! Great prices and the techs are top notch with thier skills and friendly personalities. But most importantly..they won't try and sell you any services you don't need! Honestly is always the best policy and they are! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

I was referred to Guaranteed Auto Express which is good news for any business. Word of mouth is the best endorsement you can get. Guaranteed delivered with flying colors. What I came away with is that they listened to me explain what the problem was and took into account the work I had done. That may not apply to everyone needing service work done on their car but I had just replaced my alternator and did not want to buy a second new one. They fixed the underlying issue in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonable. 5 stars and a repeat customer.

I went in for an oil change today and there was only one other person there waiting. I sat there 30-45 min watching people come and go. When I inquired why the wait was so long I was told “we had a few inspections, and they only take 10 min.” That is a 30 min wait just waiting on the 3 people they let go ahead of me. That is unacceptable! I will not be back, after going there over 15 years, today was my last day.

I went in for an inspection. They were very busy and let me know the wait time. I had other business across the street, and as soon as I finished, my truck was parked in front of the shop ready to go. They apologized for the wait, but there was no reason. Very hospitable group!
