Front end aligned & back home in an hour! Can't ask for better service! Staff was friendly & informed. The only thing I would recommend is to add an additional sign on the opposite side of their building.

They forgot to check my vehicle after completely redoing my A/C system. I picked up my vehicle & the A/C was not cooling or blowing like it should. They made me wait a week, before they would look at it. They found my fan needed to be replaced, so clearly my A/C was not checked after putting it back together, then making me drive with it like that for a week & felt like they had nothing to apologize for. The gentleman at the counter all he said was; you didn't pay for it so I don't have to talk to you!!! 😯😲😳🤯 All this jackass had to do was admit the over site & apologize !!!! Instead he chose to remain blameless & lost a loyal customer. Stupid things we let our pride come in between & eventually lose everything. They are terrible people that refuse to admit when they are wrong. Don't bring your vehicle here they used to care & do the right thing but now they pretend to be blameless even if they are at fault.

Everyone there was very professional friendly and accommodating. They were able to schedule me in a tight timeframe. They assured me that they would check for any underlying issues before performing the alignment. I was concerned there might have been a suspension issue as my tires had worn in a cupped pattern. Fortunately for me, there were no other issues and they were able to do the alignment while I waited. With my new tires and alignment the ride is smooooth. I highly recommend

Guidry's is definitely my go to from now on!! I took my Lexus to 3 different shops for an alignment, and all 3 times I had problems with the alignment. Guidry's did it, did it right, and explained in detail exactly what they did, as well as pointing out some problem areas that may need to be addressed later.

Brought my car here to get my A/C fixed since it wasn’t blowing. Mr.Danny told me that he would have to remove my whole dashboard in order to fix the problem I told him no because he said it would charge extra to put the dashboard back on. All he did was change my carbon air filter and charged me $658.48 just for an air filter change . DONT EVER GO HERE! THEY ARE OVER PRICED AND BARELY FIX ANYTHING ON YOUR CAR.

Overall pretty good experience. They let me set up an appointment and I didn't have to wait super long. The steering wheel wasn't perfectly straight so I brought it back and they fixed it. The ONLY complaint I have is that the guy on the phone told me $90 to do the alignment and then I get the bill and it's $125+ (140 after tax and all). The lady at the front said it's because it's lowered, but I had told the guy on the phone it was lowered and he quoted me $90. I would have gone to Stan's in Lafayette to get the alignment had I know that simply because they literally race Miatas and probably know the absolute best specs to if I'd known the price would be the same. Still they did a great job and the car drives great. I will recommend the shop and be back for any future needs, just please don't tell folks one thing on the phone and then something else at time of checkout.

I took my vehicle to Guidry's for an alignment and also to check some work that I did myself. Danny was very professional, kind, understanding and most importantly, helpful. I told him what I had done, what I needed to do and the alignment itself. Not only did he take care of me and checked my work, he found a couple items that were still causing me issues. The best part of all this was it was A LOT cheaper than I thought it was going to be. I am forever grateful for Danny taking the time to explain what they did, and a great price to boot. Guidrys went beyond my expectations. I needed a front end alignment on my F550 and i was able to drop it off a day early in order for them to get to it the next day. They called me the day i dropped it off and told me they were able to get the job done early. Not only do they do great work but they are also extremely nice people. These folks have my loyalty and business forever. Oh, and their prices exceeded my expectations as well.

So disappointed in Guidry's. Up until recently my mother HAS had good experiences - as have I - with her car being serviced here (tires, etc.) However she went there in October to get help with a part of her car that was dragging on the road and needed to get replaced. They told her they would order the part - and then a MONTH later still no word. As the noise was getting louder and making the car impossible to drive she went to another business who removed the damaged part and ordered a new one for her. Well this morning Mr. Guidry decided to call my 95 year old mother and proceed to YELL at her about the fact that she went to another business for the repair. In what world is it ok to call a customer and yell at them because they got better service somewhere else? Why had it been a month with no word from Guidry's about her part? Should she have called to enquire? Maybe - but what is wrong with this man to call a 95 year old woman who couldn't even get a word in and shout at her? SHAME on you.
