A few weeks ago an older Spanish gentleman did my window tint, which seems more like an attempt because the tint has scratches all over it and is cut unevenly, don’t go here for your window tint. Had to get mine re-done

Definitely those who place stereos in this place are apprentices, they are not professionals at all, bad service, bad jobs, if you don't want to have more problems with your car, don't go to this place, they will deceive you.

I only bring my car here for repairs when needed.Zachary and Kevin are both great people.They are honest,no ripoff and do a very good job.It is really hard to find an honest,good mechanic so i'm a loyal client.Stay away from the conmen at Pepboys because they ripping people off on a daily basis there!

So I went there to get my catalytic converter replaced because some one stole mines. On line it states the place opens at 8 but no one get there until 9 and the muffler people get there at 10 am. Customer service sucked, she forgot I was waiting. So I left my car they replaced it, call me about another problem they needed to fix ok. I get my car that night it sounded good, the next day my steering wheel was making noises and locking while driving, I had my mechanic check out their work, they had puncture a pipe next to the work they did and try to fix it with white foaming glue. This created a leak, now I have to repair that entire piece which is extra $400. When I call the woman back she was very unprofessional. Never going back to them again, they could have cause me to get into an accident.

If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. Horrible horrible place. Where do I even start. I brought a car from them. Before purchase it was stated the car had a few problems. 2 out of 3 of those problems was agreed to be fixed through this shop and the other outsourced. The car left the shop with none of the problems fix because they refused to work on the car after making mistake after mistake (they didn’t know what was really wrong). Had I known I wouldn’t have purchased the car. Now the car cannot pass inspection and I have nowhere to keep it without getting tickets. They refused to give me my money back in exchange for the car. When speaking with them about the repetitive lies I was verbally attacked by 2 workers. They pretend as if they help you and do you favors but when you really check they won’t have done anything. The car ended up with a list of problems totaling over $3000.

Awful service, I took my vehicle last year, the mechanic in charge told me he fixed every problem in my car, turn out was a total a lie!!. My car broke down with the same issues. I would not recommend taking your car here. Waste of time.

Terrible experience -I didn't know better and was desperate. Charged me $350 to change my muffler - did a terrible job welding, and only replaced the muffler the rest of the pipes rusty and cracked pipes were left there. I didn't realize b/c I couldn't see under the car when I returned. The car sounds horrible - he wants to charge $200 more to fix it. I don't trust him KELVIN

Came to this place for the first time to fix my muffler. They were pros at what they do and helped me on the price since I was $40 short for the job. Such a good experience I’m going back for a muffler & resonator delete tomorrow…..LETS GOOOOOOO!!!!!!
