It’s been a month since i ordered parts! No one knows where the secretary is and they won’t refund me. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE. I REPEATE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE. Your much better off somewhere else 🤷🏾‍♂️

My father brought my car in to change the oil because I was home sick with COVID ! To find out when he brings my car home that my sister glasses, bag of quarters and a Swiss Army knife I keep in my glove box were all stolen!!! Beware don’t turn your eyes on your car. This place should be ashamed of themselves !

SCAM TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW A/C Hose and it would cost me 850 dollars. I knew I didn’t. I was checking what he was doing the whole time. He only removed the refrigerant. Asked him how he knows I need a new A/C hose ? Dude put his hands inside the hood and wiped the cable and showed me dirty fingers. Said leak.. That’s not how you properly check for leaks. You run a diagnostic test with a specific machine. I left and went to another mechanic. He did a proper diagnostic test, flush and refilled it with refrigerant. Told me I have no leaks and just charged me 220 for test, flush and refrigerant. Better then paying 850 for a scammer.

DON'T GET YOUR BRAKES DONE THERE!!! Went there in February for work on my wheel barrel. They did a great job on that job. So I let them know I will be needing brakes soon. they checked them out and David who did the wheel barrel job also checked out my brakes. He told me that I would also need routers. A couple of weeks later I come in for the brakes and the routers. David was not in and the girl in the front remembered me. She then called David and he also remembered me and told me that one of his fellow employees will take care of the job in his place. The job was done and the car was still making noise when I would brake. I took it back and they told me that it was normal that you would hear that noise. Two months past the noise is get worse so I bring the car back. The girl in the front is no longer there and David is not in. The following day my car now is worse than ever. The brakes are now rubbing on the metal of the routers. I go to the shop and the new girl there tells me David does not come in till noon. Noon comes and goes and I call around 1pm and the girl tells me he is not in yet and David remembers me that he will be in to see the car. Now it's 4:30pm no call nothing so I walk back to his shop and David is not there but the girl is and I ask what is going on I have been waiting all day. She then tells me David is not coming in today. Of course I am very angry. I take my car to another shop where they showed me that the brakes was cheap name brand. The guy took the brakes off and they broke in his hands. I had them for only three months and they was done. My wife called the Sema screaming about how we spend $240 on brakes and routers and in three months the brakes was trash. Now the girl in the front finds David and of course he is in and tells my wife that he didn't install the brakes so he does not know what kind there was. The other shop also notice the brake line was clog so Sema did not bleed the brakes. I had to pay $230 for brake lines new brakes and routers. Till this day August 30, 2016 did not get any help on the big mistake they made. I will also have the Better Business people come to see this joke of a shop. The bottom line don't trust any Mechanic and any one that works in Sema Auto repair shop in Boston Road.

Valvoline suggested I come here. Mechanic found out right away why my engine light was on. After going to 2 other places that couldn't. These guys were Fantastic :) I was told it was a sensor issue and is would take about 2 hours to repair. I had go to work out of state the next day and decided to have the mechanic do his thing. I was in and out in about an hour!! It was worth my time and so happy to be back on the road!! I was treated fairly. I've heard of women getting ripped off at auto mechanic shops, but NOT HERE.
