We have gone there many times with many cars and try to come back again to be barked at saying "we don't have time to work on your car!" Asked to speak to Jr or Mike, and she tell me they aren't here and can't help me!!! What kind of CS is that!

I do not understand how you are supposed to sell cars as a dealership with only one sales rep that doesn’t show up on time or return messages to me. Showed up 4 times, cash in hand being told "she might come in soon, sorry...."

(Old review with 4 stars) Mike, Stan, Joe were great to deal with and very knowledgeable on my family's cars and informative on buying other cars on the lot in the future..... Update 2/5/26- Good think Mike is still around. Otherwise this place should be shut down. Everyone else is clueless, a criminal or communicates a big game but doesn't hold up. Last review was 4 stars cause 2 people there didn't know how to take care of customers or do their jobs. New review is 2 stars since 2 of the stars that were there are not there anymore, but Mike at least still is.

I've always had good experiences with Junior and Char in the office. Junior repaired my Mercedes for a lot less, and I do mean a lot less than what the Mercedes dealership wanted to charge me. Char even helped me with my specialty Mercedes which is almost impossible to find parts for anymore.

I usually just pop in and look as I am in the market for a weekend car but this time I spoke with the manager and she was kind enough to take my name and number and said she would help me find that mid 80’s car I’ve been looking for. They gave me a recommendation of repairs on a type of sub-model of a particular car I was looking for. They also told me about certain sub-models I should look out for and avoid.
