Extremely knowledgeable, great customer service, found the root of the problem on my truck almost immediately and I'd refer them to anyone!!!! I was.out of state, didn't know what to do. Was referred to Trip and I'm so glad I was he immediately got my truck in the shop without a wait, knows the ins and outs of diesel trucks and treats all customers with respect. Takes the time to explain the problem so you u derstand and worries about your driving safety as much as you do yourself! Has his own way that he talks which some people might take wrong but it's the complete opposite , very cool guy!

I sent my 2004 F-250 6.0l super duty in Monday 03/15/2021. Tripp called Thursday 03/18/2021 and said he had to replace the heads, injectors, and some problem with a fuel issue. He has kept me up to date so far with everything and I definitely can't wait to drive it when he is finished. I've never even met the guy I just went off reviews and word of mouth is all it took for me to accept the fact you pay a man for what he knows. Even though it's a 2 hour drive from my house it'll be worth every penny and mile drove!

20,000 miles now on my 2011 6.7l after it spent a little time at Tripp’s just after I bought it about 2 years ago with 85k on the truck. No codes, great mileage, engine runs perfect and smooth, and pulls our 10,000 lb camper like a boss. This is the place to go with your power stroke! UPDATE: Now have 50k on the truck and runs perfectly. Only issue I’ve had is I blew an intercooler pipe today on the way home with the camper, texted Kenny and he diagnosed the issue perfectly and told me what I needed to do, got the part from the Ford Dealer in York and replaced the part in 20 minutes at the side of the road. Outstanding support and service from Tripp Trucks! Best I know!

I called Tripp from the side of road referencing a fuel filter issue he had diagnosed before I hung up with him. I explained I was traveling through town from out of state. He told me to bring it on, which was great because the Ford dealership in the area had a week long wait. I brought it in as requested and even though his shop was packed with trucks, he got to me within a few minutes. I headed to the gym to catch a quick workout while Tripp got to work on my truck. By the time I walked to the gym and changed clothes, Tripp called me and had the issue fixed. He picked me up and as we headed back to the shop he explained the problem and the maintenance done. I give it a 10/10 experience. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone with a diesel truck his way.

I’ve called and tried to explain what I’m experiencing on my truck and started talking to me unprofessional. When I tried to explain other symptoms that I having he started mocking me by telling me what other problems I have but in a way that makes you feel belittled. Very unprofessional and will never call or recommend them to anybody.

Great service hands down. I've taken my truck to Tripps twice, and both times he has done a marvelous job on my 2006 F350 6.0. Everyone that I talk to in my home town speaks nothing but good things about his work ethic on these powerstroke engines. Also, if he puts a part on and it's still under warranty, he will replace the part with no problem. Highly recommend!

Hard to find a good mechanic that's not just a part swapper but Tripp Trucks meets the bill. Always a good experience even though it's never fun having to go to the mechanic. Reliable and trustworthy. Been going here about 2 years now and my review stands. I work with heavy trucks and heavier trailers and loads. Tripp is still getting it done for us! I have a 2008 F250 6.4l diesel truck that I couldn't drive for almost 3 months. I had talked to more than 10 "professional diesel mechanics" and every guy I know who's ever held a wrench. I had spent thousands of dollars and spent hours on forums trying desperately to figure out how to fix my truck. After 2 mechanic shops gave up on the truck I found Tripp and in a couple of days I drove my truck home. This guy now only fixed the unfixable but he did it for a very fair price. The only thing better than the work he did for me was getting to have a conversation with this guy. I learned a lot every sentence and he had me laughing the whole ride home. 10 out of 10 TAKE IT TO TRIPP!!

If I could only leave no stars I would. I will never go back to him he is arrogant thinks his shit doesn't stink he thinks he knows everything about diesels but couldn't and wouldnt take the time to properly diagnose my truck he loves to cut you off and curse at you very unprofessional won't take my truck there anymore

Not only one time but two times did Mr.Tripp come out of his way in his work day to print me off wiring diagrams sit and explain to me the lay out of wires and ended up fixing my problem from afar with out even laying fingers on he’s the best around! No one else will I bring my truck to for problems

I took my truck to Tripp trucks to get it fixed and the guy said he would call me when he got it fixed a waited about a week and never heard anything from him so I called him back and he told me my truck wasn’t ready the next day I asked him why he hadn’t called me he said he had gotten busy but I could come get my truck it was ready for me to pick up so I went and paid him twelve hundred and thirty dollars he said he had to change number 7 injector but when I was driving it home it was doing the same thing so I called him back and told him it was doing the same thing he told me it was probably because the filter probably had fell off in the fuel tank and if he fixed it it would cost a lot more so he told me how to fix it so I went bought the parts and fixed it myself then it still didn’t fix the issue so I called him back and he cussed me so I got off the phone with him and later after I saved up enough money I took it to burns ford dealership in York sc and they said the injector that he said he had changed had never been changed so I paid them to fix it

I have nothing but praise for Tripp and Weston. Very professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable. I'm thankful I reached out for a 2nd opinion. 1st shop told me I needed a complete fuel system replacement. I explained the issues and they didn't believe the diagnosis. The issue wasn't as diagnosed by the 1st shop. Tripp Trucks was able to flush the system, replace filters, upgrade the S&S disaster kit, and add clean fuel..... My truck will be getting regular maintenance & repairs with Tripp moving forward.
