Toyota of Rock Hill is a great dealership. Staff is very kind, helpful, and not pushy. The service department may ask about an air filter, or wipers, etc, when you have an oil change, but when you say no, they let it go. Other dealerships would be pushy or persistent. I love my Toyota.

I would have liked to have spoken to management about this versus posting publicly, but I wasn't allowed. While it is nice that they would offer a complimentary car wash, they need to make sure they have a customer's consent! This is only my second time here, and I did not buy my vehicle here, so I'm unsure of what perks they offer. I personally did a 2 bucket hand-wash of my car less than 15 hours prior to coming to this place, and ***** even commented that it looked freshly detailed. I said I handwashed it yesterday. This took me over two hours! I have to stand on a ladder to reach the top! Why would they think it's okay to run it through a car wash? I only went here for a tire rotation, multi-point inspection, etc. What infuriates me I that we had this conversation about mex washing it. Simply, just ask, "Would you care for a complimentary car wash?" at check-in! Not everyone cares for it. I will decline 100% of the time. (My aversion to automatic carwashes stems from a time I got one in my previous car and had water leakage into my trunk. Normally, I handwashed. I did not realize it until days later and found I had mold in my trunk, back seat, and floor. I ended up getting rid of the car because it became a recurring issue. Yes, there was likely an issue but that wash exacerbated it, and I'm not driving that car anymore because all efforts to fix it failed.)

If you need to get a service done - do yourself a favor and make sure your appointment is with Tim Evans. I was about to write this dealership off for purchases and services, but Tim has truly restored my faith. I just recently purchased new tires with him, and not even a month after having them put on I somehow ran over an unidentified piece of metal, puncturing a hole in my brand new tire. Warranty covered the tired, got a replacement, all within 24 hours of making the call. Tim is so pleasant and he will genuinely take care of you for your service. Thank you, Tim!!!

Excellent and reliable. I was on my way to Moe's with our grandson when all of the sudden, I get a flat tire, I'm talking like the snap of my fingers flat and on the rim 😮 Luckily Toyota was only 6 blocks away but it was after 5:15 so I was panicking. However there they were, Toyota staff still there. Tim Fox and the awesome service tech guy (I apologize, as I did not get his name who changed out the flat tire to our spare tire), immediately took care of us. They were very courteous and professional, saved the day so to speak, were accommodating and quick. Also, made sure we understood safety when driving with a spare tire. Then we were off, 1-2-3 like a bee. Will return tomorrow for tire replacement. Thank you Tim Fox and service Tech guy and and thank you Toyota!

My service appointment was at 12:45, but I didn't receive the call about the diagnostic on my car untill 1:50, over an hour later. I told the advisor I didn't want any other services done besides the oil change and tires rotated. He told me that he would call me when my car was finished. I hadn't received any phone calls nor notifications about my car being done. So at 3:50 I texted the number they text you when you check your car in to ask when my car would be done. I was told my car had been done and that they tried calling me but couldn't get a hold of me. Not sure why they couldn't have texted me too. I didn't have any calls/voicemail or text saying my car was done. I was told they were closed and I couldn't pick my car up untill Monday. Luckily I have another vehicle. I understand that it is partly my fault that I didn't check to see when they closed. However, the lack of customer service is what really made the situation worse. There was never an apology for the supposed call not going through. Only blaming me for not knowing what time they closed and not answering the call I never received. Needless to say I will not being going back.

We had a 3pm appointment to have 2 new tires installed. We were greeted by Josh. He was the first of many friendly and happy employees who made us feel at home while we waited for the tires to be installed. They performed a long list of safety checks and sent it to my phone . A little over an hour and we were on our way home. We expected a much larger bill than we got. That was a pleasant surprise. We have been at Rock hill Toyota before and today was much the same as the other days. A pleasure from start to finish.

I have been trying to get the oil smear off of my front window,that they did, ever since I had maintenance there. It’s still a large smear. They need to be careful with cars that don’t belong to them. I bought my Lexus new two years ago and now their smear makes it look like an old car.

The worst service department I have ever been to. I come in for my second routine service on my new car. Took them an hour for the service. When they are finally finished with my vehicle and signing all paperwork, I ask them why there is so much paperwork and they told me it was my first service. This is the same place I got the vehicle serviced back in September for the first routine service. Since they thought it was the first service they did not perform the oil change, the main thing the vehicle needed. I was asked if I had 15 minutes, they would pull it back in and get the oil changed. Hour later they are done. When you make an appointment you are assigned an advisor. The advisor supposed to check your vehicle in, assign what services need to be done and check you out. My so called advisor was busy when I got there, wasn't the one who first told me my vehicle was done or was the who two me my vehicle was done the second time. As I was walking out my so-called advisor was off in the corner with another worker goofing off. This shows how little they care about their customers. Makes me wonder how little they care about the quality of work they do or even if they're doing it. They might just be billing people and not performing services because they're not documenting anything.

Was quoted a price for service and was then told when I brought my vehicle in that it was over $200 more because of a "computer system issue". Even though I had a copy of the original quote with me it was not accepted. I still needed the service either way so I went through with it. I just feel completely taken advantage of and don't feel comfortable returning here for any future service.

Always friendly and usually quick. They don’t have a courtesy shuttle but use Lyft which is virtually non existent in Rock Hill so plan to stay or work out transportation. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars.

I would like to recognize David Bowles for his exceptional customer service. I purchased my 2022 Tundra in September of 2024. When it was time for a scheduled maintenance, I took it over to Toyota and Mr. Bowles was my point of contact. Since then He has been transparent about recalls on my truck. One specific recall for a change brakes took almost a year before the parts became available. David could have ignored my follow-ups and not notified me when the parts became available but he did and then notified that my engine needed to be replaced free of charge. Thank you side for being an honorable guy.

FOXXX, the man with a plan!!! I walked in there today because my car was shaking and check engine light came on out of no where. I was able to get in same day and he knew exactly what was wrong. I had my car back in less than 4 hours. I also dealt with Keith in parts who was also amazing. I found out his son was the one who fixed my baby. I can’t thank this amazing team enough. I’ll never go anywhere else for parts or maintenance. Thank you thank you 😊

Please Do Not take your Vehicle there. They never Repaired my vehicle of my Original Complaint of No Heat. Everything they stated Reason for No Heat I Paid for and still had No Heat. After $3,600 in Payments I still had No Heat. I returned the Vehicle back to Toyota of Rockhill and they Now Guarantee for another $4,100 they could have Heat in Vehicle. They would also No let me speak to Service Manager or GM. I waited and was told that they were all in the same meeting. They are Not Honest about Reparing your Vehicle. Please save yourself the Headache and Do Not go there.

We’ve gone here for service for 2 decades (yes, back when they were on Cherry Rd) because of the good service and reasonable prices. Even with different service advisors, they stood by their work, until today. Their filter prices have been creeping up in cost, so I brought my own this time and had the service advisor write it up that they will use it. However, the mechanic didn’t use mine so they charged me for theirs at $19. When I complained that I shouldn’t pay for their mistake, the advisor said that he discounted it $5 (it was $4, but…). He explained that the mechanic just forgot. While I appreciate the explanation, it doesn’t help me when I’m still being charged for their error. His repeated response when I asked why I am paying for this was, “I’m sorry.” Once in my car, a bottle of oil was sitting in a box on my passenger seat. Of course, now I have an oil stain on my passenger seat. When I asked what they are going to do about that, the lady responded, “I hope you have a better rest of your day.” Errors in billing are bad enough. A condescending response to their errors is egregious. Customer service for these prices should be astoundingly better.
