Dropped my car off was supposed to be done in a week. Its been 3 weeks every week he says next week. Up and took a week long vacation and didnt say anything then gets back says he will get to it this week. So i call at the end of the week he wants to cop and attitude and tell me another week and when i pointed out he said that last week and that will be a month when it was supposed to be a week he told me i can pick the car up. I tried to be nice and defuse the situation but he was straight up rude and kept running his mouth to me like im a child and im not going to put up with that from someone so im otw to pick the car up now. Wouldnt recommend this place unless u want ur time wasted.

My husband and I had a fender bender in our driveway. 🙄 His new GMC truck had a dented in fender while my Dodge Avenger folded like scrap metal. Our insurance people were called, cars were dropped off at the Autohaus II, and in a matter of a couple of days we were back on the road. I can't thank Mr Leslie (and my insurance company) enough for working together and making this entire ordeal headache 🤕 free! Both cars look as good as new! I am thrilled with the work and the no hassle service! My son will be diving in the next several months and we look forward to Mr Leslie assisting us with purchasing a used car for him. They did an outstanding job repairing my car after my accident. Their staff is incredibly friendly, they accommodated me in every way possible, and considering the amount of damage done to my vehicle and the fact that it was Christmas time, they had my car fixed and back to me much quicker than anyone else would have. Autohaus II is a drive away from me but well worth it. Have taken a few of my vehicles there. Had my front bumper re sprayed and adjusted for better fitment because it was sagging. They've also done quality paint corrections to my other vehicles and I am very happy with the results. They are my go to body shop! Very happy with their work.

I have had 2 project cars completely fixed up and repainted by Autohaus II and they definitely exceeded my expectations. Both were wrecked auction cars and you would never be able to tell. The quality of the work is definitely the best out there and they really pay attention to detail and care about your car as if it were their own! Wouldn't get work done anywhere else.

i have had better customer service at a waffle house took my girlfriends car here to get it repaired after someone backed into her quarter panel. when we got there to pick the car up the car was covered in dust and buffing compound was in every crevice… when i asked the owner why it hadn’t at least been hosed off he says “we’re a body shop not a detail shop, if a car comes in dirty we don’t wash it when we’re done” well Jody, i'm 100% certain that my girlfriends car didn’t get dropped off to your shop covered in dust and buffing compound but that’s alright man… i’ll recommend to everyone i know that they don’t do business with you…

I sat down and explained the $$ situation to Mr. & Mrs Leslie and they were so kind and willing to get the car back on the road within a week. The car looks like new and they did an excellent job! Waited 30 days for a car repair to be complete after collision with a deer. Was originally advised it would be about a week. Car was finally returned after over two weeks of promised dates and being told the day promised that it would be another day. Car was returned dirty covered in dust and buffing compound, the door misaligned and creaking and the hood visibly misaligned. Saw previous review and couldn’t help not to post our terrible experience. He may not be a detail shop but he was not given this car in this condition. This shop is not professional or accountable. To avoid the run around and being without my car another month… I’ll now have to have another shop fix what he still did not. Absolutely disgusted and will never recommend or use again. Absolutely insane.
