Brian and his crew are just amazing. I’ve had to get my car fixed three times because of accidents and Brian is super nice always gets the work done right and super easy and really well. It does help it’s a Progressive preferred shop. But I even make my mom take her car there and she isn’t Progressive! I also can just leave my rental car there and just drive off!

We took our Jeep to Carolina Collision with a recommendation from a family friend. Small incident in a driveway involving a golf cart did some damage on the back corner. From start to finish, Brian was incredibly helpful, and answered all of our questions ahead of the repair while we worked out the quote. The repair was completed on the short side of the estimate, saving us an extra day’s payment on the rental car. Work is exceptional quality, paint matches perfectly, and we are very happy with the finished product. The repair was done correctly, and the price was fair. $2k of accident repairs to my car were done right at this shop. I am detail oriented and could find no issue after thoroughly inspecting. The paint matches, clear coat is nice, no overspray anywhere, and all parts replaced properly with all fasteners / clips installed. The work was actually completed ahead of schedule. The owner at the front desk was so pleasant. He assured me that my vehicle was in the right place. My vehicle was in their care for about a month. When I picked it up today it looked almost brand new. As if it wasn't damaged.They were even kind enough to wash the car and vacuum the driver's side. Awesome Sauce .... Thanks a bunch!

I called 6 weeks before my service date. I was told that CC&F could not do the work until 7/31/2023. When I called the morning of 7/31 I was told my appointment was lost and I would have to call Progressive insurance back to set up a new date for service. I called progressive and had them reschedule service at another shop. If they cannot keep appointments I do t trust them with my car. Make your own decisions, but I cannot recommend this shop. Obviously they have enough work they don’t need mine.

My front end collision repair was complicated by a manufacturer recall that prevented successful recalibration of various cameras and sensors. Brian handled all of the coordination, communication and transport between his shop, the auto dealership, and my insurance company. Most importantly, my car was returned to me in perfect condition. To whom it may concern, I am so displeased with your company. today on 6/26/2018 in the evening My son whom he stalled in water on Galleria Rd, Rock Hill. (near Apple Bees) he waited for almost 2 hours. with the direction from a police officer he was held with the car waiting for your company to tow him, very distraught and overwhelmed he called me. so over hearing him through his cell, I asked my son to tell the tow driver to pull the car into Apple Bees, I heard your driver say $150.00 dollars even for just a few feet. I myself was not to pleased along with my son. to me it's a shame you charge your customers in a bind and It is a total of highway robbery. My son had to find the nearest ATM paying your driver $160.00 and no change was given. please refund his $10.00 I will make sure that I pick it up. instead of showing empathy to my son or compromising a cheaper rate. your tow driver showed greed and let my son invest a $150.00 business card. I am shocked and disbelief.

On Apr 27 2021, I had the unfortunate incident of getting “Hit by a Truck!” A loaded dump truck no less. As I was merging on to a freeway in the Charlotte area when this foolish dump truck and driver merged into my lane! (And proceeded to keep going! Thank you Brian and staff at Carolina Collision in Rock Hill, SC for making my truck new again. Goodness! Never thought it would be the same as before the accident. Regardless of the parts issue, Brian and his staff started working on it right away following the incident. While it took literally 4 month to the day to complete it was no fault of Carolina Collision. It was held up due to a GM part issue. Many thanks to Parks Chevrolet for expediting all parts especially the ones on FBO. If you want professional service and factory like vehicle after your accident, you need to go to Carolina Collision in Rock Hill!! The proof is in the pudding!! Thanks guys! Much appreciated!

The paint job is excellent makes the car look brand new. Pretty good with the timing too considering they had to replace my front and rear drivers side door along with painting them. Also thanks for centering my exhaust and eliminating that obnoxious rattling. I put on the exhaust with two jack stands and one pair of hands, so I didn't have a lot to work with. The last picture is the "after"; everything else is "before".
