I had a great experience with Edward’s Body Shop. They gave me an initial quote for a door repair in October 1924, but I did not act on that quote until September 2025. They still honored the original quote with no price increase, and did additional research to find a way to actually cut the cost a little bit. My car is very old, so it took some extensive searching to find parts that were needed. The end result was a repaired door that looked like new. The front office staff were a pleasure to work with and kept me informed about progress. They even helped me to call the rental car agency when I dropped off the car. I will recommend Edward’s Body Shop to others, and I will return there again as a future customer. Thanks!

I had the front end of Ford repaired at Edward’s. They did a great job keeping in contact with me on the status of the repairs. I stopped for a quote, they provide me one instantly. They informed me of the possibilities of other repairs they could find when they tore it down but that they would contact me with any repairs outside of the quote. They kept in contact during the entire repair process, letting me know of any changes. The work they did was very good. Everything was put back together to factory spec and looked great. I would definitely recommend them for any work you need on your vehicle.

I got in an auto accident a few weeks ago and my insurance wanted me to use Caliber or crash champions due to a contract they had. Based on research from a community FB group and reviews I was extremely hesitant to use them and decided to try Edwards Body Shop. I'm soooo glad I did. Major shout out to Ms. Debbie and Mr. Bruce who were the leaders in helping me make my decision to use them. I mostly interacted with these two but I've encountered a few other staff and they have been nothing short of pleasant and helpful. Not only is my vehicle in better shape than before the accident but they worked with me to ensure that my vehicle didn't sit at their shop and unnecessary amount of time without being worked on. These folks are attentive, helpful, educational, efficient and more. I hope not to need them anytime soon but if anyone else needs auto body work done y'all should check them out 💜.

Hands down the best in rock hill!! Good communication, very good customer service. Even better work. They take pride in your vehicle like it’s one of their own. They fought the insurance to get OEM parts because the ones they wanted to use didn’t fit. They even fixed some issues I didn’t even take it there for. If I ever need anymore body work I’m coming back and I recommend everyone that needs body work done go here. They did phenomenal on my Passat and it looks better than the day I got it from the dealership.

Oh,I was so concerned about who was going to spray my bed liner. Miss Debbie was so polite and so informative about the process of this Rhino Liner. Took my 2024 Subaru Outback to Edwards Body Shop to have the hood and front plastic bumper replaced/painted. Edwards did a great job painting and matching the original color, especially considering it required time consuming 3-stage paint. The wait to get an appointment and time in shop were both very reasonable. Edwards wasn't the lowest price, but I was looking for a very good job at a fair price, and that's what I found. I highly recommend this shop!
