I don’t live in Rock Hill so when our emissions system light came on our car, we had to call around to several places to find someone who was willing to help. From the initial phone call to coming by the shop, they were very helpful and honest. They looked at our car and recommended we wait on doing anything. They didn’t charge us anything to look at the car. I called one of the local Meineke shops and they wouldn’t even give us a quote without charging us. I highly recommend the Service center. Thank you Derrick for your time!

Palmetto Paintball
My SRT8 left running worse than it was when i brought it in for a rack and pinion repair. Was told it was the pump and they only fixed the pump and sent me on my way. Power steering became worse after the shop. Called next day to bring it back and they said it was the rack and pinion now. Come to find out via new shop it was the pump they installed that was bad. Tried telling me they told me to not drive it off the lot or it would kill my rack and pinion. Why would they say this after not fixing or obviously checking the rack and pinion like i told them (and the front lady wrote down on the form paper) the day i brought it in. Even told me the pump they installed was the reason for the rack and pinion. Terrible service.

We followed David, Christina, and others from Palmetto Tire to here. This week I had a battery that needed to be replaced while I was driving the car. I called at 4:50 and Christina said they closed at 5. She then asked what time I could get there. When I said 5:10 she told me they would stay open until I got there and take care of my battery. They did. I have complete trust in them after 25 years as a customer of Palmetto and now The Service Center.

I will be coming back to David and the lovely people at Service Center of Rock Hill for all my future car needs (it’s worth the drive)! Christina was friendly right from the start and made me comfortable. David, the mechanic, worked on my car quickly and explained everything wrong with my car, so I could understand. It ended up being a recall issue, and he went above and beyond to talk to the dealership and give me directions about what I would need to do to get it replaced. As someone without a lot of car knowledge, I’m always scared of being ripped off, trust me when I say these a good and honest people. I’m lucky to have found them!!
