I wish we never bought a car from here :) Going into it I was just looking and was happy to come away with a car HOWEVER ever since then the customer service has been terrible. No one answers the phone, no one seems to have answers for my questions, no one answers emails. Even the process of paperwork seemed rushed and they even managed to mess that up. I would suggest you go with any mainstream used car dealership because at least they have some sort of team to assist you. This place does not and I wish I would have looked anywhere else first. Transparency regarding the vehicle also was not there, things either started to fall apart or mess up within my first month of having the car. I get buying a used car but when asked there was no mention of faulty things with the vehicle.

My fiance was in need of a new vehicle after being in an auto accident and we went to 77 Auto to begin our search. After looking online on the website we found something we were interested in and we're shortly contacted by someone from the dealership, we went to go over paperwork and discuss options and we're met by Raheem. Raheem was very professional and courteous and patient with us going over all the details of everything explaining everything to us making sure we understood what we were buying and all the details. I would definitely recommend 77 Auto to my friends and family for any future purchases they may be interested in making.

Nick was excellent. He provided us with several options, and allowed me to take my car to a mechanic for inspection. It had a couple of small problems that required service and the dealer offered to cover those repairs as a condition for the sale. They also offered us weekly payment options. If you're looking for a good bargain on a used vehicle, then come here, and ask for Nick. He's a good guy, very professional.

I found the car my son has been searching for at 77 Auto. From my initial contact with the dealer to the vehicle delivery, I had a great experience overall. The sales rep Raheim was very courteous and helpful during the buying process. He also followed up after the purchase to ensure I was satisfied and to ask if I had any questions about the purchase. I had to bring the vehicle in to have a tire checked due to the TPMS alert. The service team was very responsive, made a quick repair and I was on my way. I recommend shopping at 77 Auto based on my experience.
