Never again! Run save yourself the troubles I had brakes and rotors installed had to go back because they forgot to tighten my bolts. Went back again because the sound was still bad and the guy just sprayed the brakes. Had my brakes checked at another place just to be told they had put broken hardware on my brakes

Great service! Vincent was the person I spoke to and he was friendly and prompt with the rest of the staff, and they took good care of explaining things and doing the oil change and everything needed. I will be back to see them the next time I need my oil change done.

Not good. I had hoped to be able to use this new store near my house to work on my Lexus SC300 but time and again they have shown they are incompetent. They broke fan cover by leaning on it, said they would replace, never did. Installed rack and pinion and didn’t line up steering wheel. But the real kicker is they did an oil change and didn’t tighten the filter and it came off and dumped oil all in my clients driveway. When I called they told me to bring it in and they would fix it. I had to explain it is a bad idea to drive with no oil. They then said they would send someone out. Two hours and three calls later I asked the manager if I needed to call a tow truck and he said he had a guy on the way. Which was a lie because I hadn’t told them where I was. A guy finally came out put a new oil filter and oil in. I went to the store the next day and asked for them to clean up the oil all over the car and replace a tensioner wheel that was squeaking and they told me they were going to charge me $50. When I asked what about what you did to me yesterday I was told to fill out a claim. I will.

Ken and Mario were so helpful! I came from Walmart, where they told me they couldn't patch a hole in my tire nor put on my spare. I called Jiffy Lube, and they told me they'd check it out to see if they could patch but if not that they'd put my spare on the back and move my back wheel to the front. They ended up being able to patch the tire and overall were advising and looking out for me. It made my day, and I hope these guys are being recognized for how helpful and kind they were! Thankfully I was able to drive to them from Dave Lyle's Walmart with a screw/slow leak in my tire, because it was so worth it!

When I graduated from college in 2020, my uncle gifted me $300.00 in Jiffy Lube gift cards. I was excited to be able to use them and not have to pay for oil changes for a while. For the first 2 years, I was unable to use the gift cards at the store. The representative there said their machine was not working with the gift cards. After a few attempts over the months/years, I asked for a contact at corporate so I could figure something out. They provided me with the website so I could do it there. Great! I jumped on the site and filled out the online submission. I received an email back saying it was being looked into and then... radio silence. I followed up some time later and never heard anything back. A couple years ago, I decided to go back and see if they would work. By my surprise, the store changed ownership, and now the cards worked! Awesome! It always took quite some time to get my oil changed, but I figured, no big deal, it was free to me, after all. This brings me to my last experience. The communication breakdown between the mechanics and the person sitting at the desk inside relaying information was abysmal. When my car finally got pulled into the shop, the representative came in and asked for my key. I asked him if they needed to know anything like what kind of oil I wanted, etc. He said no. I thought it odd, but what do I know. So, they start working on it, and it's been about 20 minutes. The guy comes back in and asks if I wanted them to change my cabin air filter or engine air filter because they are dirty. I said, no, I can do those myself for much cheaper but thank you anyway. He said okay and apologized for it taking so long. He said there was a problem with the filter housing. I asked if it was broken, and he said it was. He then stated his manager was pricing stuff out and he would be back in to talk about it. He went out to the shop and talked for about 5 min and came back in. He told me what the pricing would be, and I asked if they were charging me for it because it wasn't broke when I brought it in. He then asked if I wanted to speak to his manager, and I told him that would be great. So, he brought me into the shop, and I began talking with the manager. The manager said it wasn't broken, but the oil filter on it was seized and if he tried any harder to get the filter off, it could break. I then realized he was talking about the oil filter housing, and not the engine air filter housing. I confirmed with him that it was NOT broken, and he said no. I felt much better. They didn't have the part in store, so it wasn't going to be same day anyway. The manager confirmed the oil change would not include changing out the oil filter, and I agreed, as I did not want the housing to actually break. I confirmed I would not be charged for the oil filter, and he said no. Perfect! SO about 10 more minutes pass and the inside rep comes back in, and heads to check me out. He puts the cost on the POS system, and it said $202. I was very confused because all we did was empty the old oil, and put new oil in. I asked him what the pricing was for, and he said the oil change and the filters. I explained that I did not want the filters changed, just the oil change. He said, oh... I'm gonna be in trouble". He said one moment and headed out to the shop and talked to the manager. He came back in and said my manager said I could do 30% off. I asked him if he meant 30% off the whole thing. He then said come over here to this screen. So, I followed him over so he could show me an itemized list of what I was paying for. I saw where they did not charge me for the oil filter, which was great, but there was an item that was listed as shop supplies and asked what that was and he told me he wasn't sure and would get his manager. So, the manager came in and was going through the items and explained what the shop supplies were and said they would do $5 off each filter and the oil change. I said, so it's not 30% off? He said no. I said okay, put my old filters (That they had already thrown in the trash) back on.

Michael was very pleasant and efficient. Found it very odd that he was the only tech on site. The service was completed in a timely manner.

Nice service and customer service. The price is kinda high. I paid 150 for a full synthetic oil change and rotation on a Silverado. The issue I have is I didn’t know the price prior to service and this was with a military discount. The charges were not explained prior so once the work is done you are suck

I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube on Cherry Road. They do an excellent job thoroughly checking all the levels and components in my vehicle that they advertise. Additionally because I’m a VIP member I get huge discounts in my email. I highly recommend this place!

Not sure what is going on with the young lady in the all black today. But I pulled up and to Jiffy Lube today off of Cherry Road to try and get a oil change, and she immediately looked at my car and rolled her eyes and had a nasty attitude. Her attitude was so bad that I just turned around to leave, when I tried to address her about it, she rolled her eyes at me again. Horrible customer service. I don’t know what I did any of that type of treatment.

I was not happy with Jiffy Lube when I stopped there Saturday Aug 16. I had my oil changed in March and had driven 2000 miles since then. My oil light had come on, and in March they told me if my oil needed to be topped off it would be free between oil changes. When the man came to talk to me, first he told me I needed new windshield wipers. Then, he told me to go to the waiting room and he would check my oil. Then he came to tell me I had driven 6000 miles since March and I needed a new oil change or I needed to pay for the oil if I was just topping it off. I told him to just add the oil. I knew what he was saying was off but wasn’t 100% until I got back in my car. He told me it would be almost $30 Dollars for 2 quarts of oil (?), I am certain my car did not need 2 quarts. But then knocked the price to $11 just to be nice… 🙄. I am not going back there again. I think if I was a man he wouldn’t have tried to screw me like that. I shouldn’t have had to pay anything.

Rob was very informative on the kind of vehicle that I had, I learned more from him than reading my owners manual! The attendant (I'm so sorry, I never caught his name) was amazing, very communicative and friendly. I love coming to this location because of people like them!

As always, great customer service and professionalism at the Rock Hill SC Jiffy Lube! This was my first oil change for my new Nissan Rogue and I only had one place in mind to do it for me! I always trust their recommendations of which oil to use and which services I might need! And when the manager found out the coupon for the special he suggested had expired for free wiper blades, he still gave the set to me at no extra cost, and he even included my rear window wiper, too! And I really enjoy my veteran’s discount, too! If you are a picky person, I highly recommend you let the team at Rock Hill Jiffy Lube take great care of your car and YOU!

I've been needing my oil change for so long and my husband just doesn't do it. I was able to find a coupon and literally I should have done it a long time ago I almost ran out of oil. It only took 15 minutes. It's definitely not worth it to wait. They were so sweet there I really appreciate all that they did for me. Thank you guys so much I will not wait again for any husband or soon to be ex husband to do the oil for me.
