I had an issue with my key fob after the sale of my used vehicle. I can’t thank Miguel A and Mike L enough for the great personal service and support to get things resolved. They really went above and beyond. What was possibly going to be a big deal turned out to be a quick fix after all. This dealership does care about the “service after the sale”, in my opinion.

Horrible experience. Waited over 4 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and transmission flush..was charged almost $200 more than what they told me it would cost, I also paid a diagnostic fee to have the tire pressure sensor fixed on my car, and then was told they didn’t know what was wrong with it and would have to “check it next time”…I went in knowing I have a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires, and during their inspection they not only didn’t find it, but listed the tire with the nail in it as “good” on the inspection sheet. Will definitely be looking for a new place to take my car.

I had such a great experience purchasing my new car at Rock Hill Nissan! From the moment I arrived, Mr. Miller made me feel comfortable and never pressured. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and made sure I found the perfect car that fit both my needs and my budget. His patience, kindness, and knowledge made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. Amber in finance was just as amazing! She walked me through every detail, explained all the paperwork clearly, and made sure I understood everything before signing. I truly appreciated how honest, patient, and friendly she was — she made what could’ve been the hardest part feel simple and easy. Buying a car can be overwhelming, but thanks to Mr. Miller and Amber, it turned out to be an exciting and positive experience. I’m so happy with my new car and incredibly thankful for their professionalism, care, and genuine customer service. I’d definitely recommend both of them to anyone looking to buy a car!

I purchased my vehicle from your dealership over two years ago and have consistently brought it in for service, including regular oil changes. Until recently, I have always had positive experiences with your service department—staff have been knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Unfortunately, my most recent visit on Saturday, October 11th fell short of those standards, and I feel it’s important to bring this to your attention. During my prior visit, I was informed that my vehicle had an oil leak and was advised to authorize a dye test to determine the source of the issue. I paid approximately $170 for this diagnostic test, with the understanding that I would be informed of the results and recommended repairs at my next service appointment. When I returned on October 11th for my scheduled oil change, I encountered an issue with the service experience from the moment I arrived. The individual who assisted me at drop-off—whose name I do not know but who appeared to be a shorter, heavy-set Caucasian male with short brown hair—was extremely discourteous and unprofessional. His tone and manner throughout the interaction were unnecessarily abrasive and dismissive, which was disappointing given the level of service I have come to expect from your team. In addition, after my vehicle was serviced, I received a message from Jacobe notifying me that it was ready for pickup. I asked about the oil leak diagnosis and the filter that had been ordered during my previous visit. Jacobe responded that the filter had been replaced, but that there was no oil leak detected. This was troubling, as I had previously been told there was a leak and had paid for a diagnostic test to locate it. If no leak existed, it appears that I was charged for an unnecessary test, which raises serious concerns about accuracy and transparency in the diagnostic process. I expressed my concerns to Jacobe, who assured me that he would leave a note for the Service Manager. I additionally have reached out since expressing my concerns. However, as of Thursday, October 16th, I have not received any follow-up communication. I have always preferred to bring my vehicle to your dealership rather than a third-party oil and lube shop because I value the expertise and integrity of a certified service department. However, this experience has left me feeling disappointed and uncertain about the reliability of future service. I respectfully requested that this matter be reviewed and I have heard nothing back 5 days later. Update: Nissan reached out and apologized after I contacted the General Manager as advised. They have made things right and expressed a genuine commitment to maintaining our business moving forward. I’ve adjusted my rating from one star to three—while the initial experience was disappointing, I appreciate their efforts to resolve the issue and will give them the opportunity to follow through on their promises.

I recently visited your dealership for a service appointment, and I wanted to share my experience. The service itself was quick and completed as expected, which I truly appreciated. However, I do have one concern I’d like to bring to your attention. During my wait, I received a call from your team offering to purchase my vehicle and discuss options for buying a new one. While I understand this may be part of your customer outreach efforts, I found it intrusive during a routine service visit. I would prefer that service appointments remain focused solely on the maintenance or repair of my vehicle, without unsolicited sales calls during that time. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I value the quality of your service and hope this can be taken into account for future visits.

Mike was our service representative, who greeted us immediately, with respect and professionalism! He told us to wait in the waiting room, where we would find water and coffee; that he would need one of us to sign for the service and he would come and get us. True to his word, he returned in about 5 minutes for a signature and told us it would take about an hour, to an hour and a half! We told him we were fine and will be waiting! In less than an hour, he returned to say the car was ready, and that it was given a complete overall check out! You can imagine our surprise at this quick turn around! Thank you, Mike and Rock Hill Nissan for such outstanding service!

Trinity at York Nissan Service Department was an excellent service rep. She greeted me warmly and got the started on my service requests. She kept me informed along the process. The noise that I wanted to hear them to check out turned out to be major. It was actually more than the truck was worth so she got me connected with the sales department to see my options. I was there most of the day and she checked on me before she left. I give her personally five stars.

The process was painless, very fast (usually a purchase process takes I hours, was done in less than 3), & super professional. They showed me the car fax report that said the car was one owner and had been in an accident that resulted in minor cosmetic damage that had been professionally repaired so we agreed to buy it even with one headlight having fog in it. When I went through all the effort because of the “great deal” they gave me…..we’ll feel free to look at the pictures and decide for yourselves. I have zero trust left that this dealership will lie to your face and charge you maximum price. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! ……..I’ve still not heard from you Jeff Viner? Update.......Jeff Viner the owner did not mean what he said, I did send him an email to speak about doing the right thing for a customer and he has NOT responded!

We bought a new car and had to have the battery charged 2 time in a week. We took it back to Rock Hill Nissan to find out what was causing the problem. Our service technician was Trinity and she was wonderful. She was in touch with me throughout the day and let me know when rhe car was ready with a new battery, we had to ask if it was alright to leave it overnight and she said fine. We were so happy with our tech and she even called next day to be sure we were happy with the service. We were Trinity she is great.

This was probably the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Christian was my salesperson and was very helpful. Nick, one of the sales managers, made this an easy buy. I live 1.5 hours away and Nick was in contact with me via text to make this happen. I always dread the finance office but Taylor did not try to upsell me or pressure me in any way. My recent first experience at Rock Hill Nissan was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Trinity’s expertise was impressive, as she listened to my concerns, took a test drive with me, and based on her observations, explained which service issues required attention. Once the car was further inspected in the shop, I received a text that contained an estimate and 2 videos clearly showing the work that was needed. The repairs were done the same day, and upon pickup of the vehicle, when I expressed an additional concern about the car, the staff was exceptionally accommodating. They addressed my additional concern with no questions asked, and swiftly satisfied the issue. Throughout the process, Isaiah provided pleasant, clear communication, and everyone I encountered there was professional and helpful. And in addition, pricing was extremely fair. I appreciate the great experience I had, and I will be returning to Rock Hill Nissan for my future service needs.
